Vacation rentals with a patio in Phra Sing

Amazing location with great views! I had a great stay here — the location is truly perfect, close to everything yet quiet enough to relax. The swimming pool was definitely a highlight, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment was exactly as described and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend it to others visiting Chiang Mai!

The place was cozy and nice. It is on nice location which you can access to mall, 7-11 easily.

We had a lovely time staying at this nice airbnb. The space was very clean and spacious. It was a nice place to relax after spending a long day doing activities in Chiang Mai. The amenities like the pool and sauna were a great bonus for relaxation. Our family appreciated how it was a walkable distance from the night market.

Nice stay overall. There are shops and big 7/11 on the opposite side, also KFC, milk tea, clinic etc. It is just 10min to the Airport and close distance to other places like Night Bazaar. I especially like the coffeshop on the right side of Condo entrance, good food for waiting to checkin 🥹 Host also flexible for checkin so really appreciate that. Next time will try the pool when i can clearly could not find time 🥲

We did last minute booking on the accommodation, but it was hassle free and Hayley was very responsive. The house was very neat and clean, we just felt like home. The infinity pool was a bonus for us because there were days we were just tired to go out and ended up spending time at pool. And, the location was good too, easy to get a ride and there is 7 eleven just across the condo. Overall, great stay and we would definitely book again if we are back to Chiang Mai.

We had an amazing time at the villa with our family! The place is very family-friendly — the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast every morning, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, which gave us real peace of mind. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended.

Beautiful villa, modern, bright, clean, spacious and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect , quiet and peaceful but only a few minute stroll to several lovely local restaurants ( Nok Kafe- home cooked and superb value ) and five minutes to the 7/11 convenience store. Nui was extremely helpful and kindly provided water, milk, fruit and yogurt on our arrival. Nui also gave recommendations for restaurants- we ate in Street Pizza which was delicious ( prices on a par with UK roughly ) and Goodsouls kitchen which was an amazing vegetarian place and very good value ( no alcohol served). Loved our stay here and can’t recommend this place enough- if you are thinking of booking, don’t hesitate, and do so now.

What a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous shared pool with a private hot tub and very spacious bedrooms. Everything was pristine and matched the photos exactly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to come here when visiting Chiang Mai. Super attentive hosts who are extremely responsive to all your needs.

It was my first time using Airbnb, and my one-month stay at Dcondo Ping was a truly pleasant experience. Everything met my expectations. The condo facilities — including the gym, swimming pool, and library — were excellent and easy to access. I especially appreciated the high level of security and the overall maintenance of the property, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. The location was also ideal — just a short walk to Central Festival, Chiang Mai’s largest and most vibrant shopping mall. I enjoyed spending time there and found it convenient for both shopping and entertainment. Communication with the host was always smooth, and I truly appreciated their thoughtful attention to detail and care throughout my stay. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

Chen Ni is one of the best host that I ever came across recently. She was extremely responsive, friendly, informative and went an extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. The unit is extremely clean located close to the most happening place in Chiang Mai and I would recommend this place to everyone and will definitely consider for my future trips to Chiang Mai. Heel erg mooi verblijf. Het binnen komen ging soepel met de juiste instructies. Het appartement zelf was precies zoals aangegeven. Het appartementencomplex was heel erg rustig en mooi, er hangen alleen wel overal posters dat het niet geschikt is voor backpackers en hotelgangers. Je moet daar een beetje langs kijken. Er was veel te doen in de omgeving en het ligt heel centraal. Er kwamen soms luchtjes vanuit de badkamer maar daar had ik weinig last van. Wat verwacht je ook van Thailand ;) Er was een lekkage door de aardbeving in Myanmar, ik had hier zelf geen problemen mee, de eigenaar verontschuldigden zich heel vaak en gaf tijdelijke oplossingen voor het probleem, maar het viel me niet lastig. De eigenaar was hier heel behulpzaam mee. Over het algemeen een geweldig appartement!!

Il soggiorno è stato semplicemente perfetto! La comunicazione con l’host è stata chiara, veloce e sempre disponibile per ogni necessità. L’appartamento era esattamente come descritto – pulitissimo, ben arredato e curato in ogni dettaglio. La posizione è ottima, comoda per muoversi e visitare la zona. Abbiamo trovato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, e anche qualcosa in più! Si vede che l’host tiene davvero a far sentire gli ospiti a casa. Consigliatissimo – tornerei sicuramente!

The apartment and entire building are very clean and beautifully maintained. There’s a pool and a small gym, both well-kept. All amenities are available, and everything you need for a short or long stay is provided. I have to mention that the power went out twice for a short time, and the internet briefly stopped working—but this affected the whole area, not just the building, so it’s not the hosts’ fault. All in all, a great deal—I’d book it again without hesitation.

Pai is a charming apartment with a cozy room, but it is quite small. For 2 nights is good. The main highlight is the pool, as the view from the room itself isn’t particularly special. It would be helpful to have a few more basic appliances like a toaster and a coffee maker to prepare breakfast, as the kitchen currently has only a few utensils and pans. Also, be aware that the building is undergoing renovations, so the surrounding area is under construction during the day. The parking lot was good if you rented a car. Besides, all was quiet to sleep the 2 nights and check the area.
