Vacation rentals with beach access in Phocis

A spacious and comfortable apartment, overlooking the sea and located amazing and conveniently near a small beach. A place we would be happy to come back to. The small fishing town is a living history with its traditional old houses. All this adds to the friendly attitude and help that Nikos offers unconditionally.

À great place to stay. Right on the sea front. Lots of very good restaurants a short walk away. Marie-Luise met le with the key at thé appartement as arranged and was very helpful throughout our stay. Very good value. Thanks Jak and Terry

This was the absolute most peaceful, amazing stay. Our host is an absolute gem and you feel like you're visiting family. Wonderful "beach town" to walk, or bike around, supermarket near by and great restaurants and coffee shops. You will never want to leave!!

Very nice distribution the house nice and clean by the beach overlooking the host informative everything was great just I think for winter it's a little cold the house I think for summer is better

I really enjoyed my stay in Platanos at Alex's place. when I arrived late in Achrata, Alex's dad picked me up and drive me to the flat (because there were no more buses or to trains to that day) and he explained everything to me and gave me some good recommendations for eating out :) I loved the serene and peaceful little village and good connection to Diakopto where the rack railway starts.

The pool offered a refreshing alternative, perfect for lazy afternoons. The location couldn't be better - a serene oasis where all you hear is the soothing rhythm of the sea, yet just a short ride from a selection of great bars and restaurants. For those seeking more options, the town is a scenic 5-minute coastal drive away, offering a variety of dining, shopping, and additional beaches to explore. Irene, our host, was simply wonderful. Her kindness and responsiveness made us feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The house itself is a testament to elegant simplicity. Despite its compact size, it lacks nothing in comfort or amenities. We spent hours enjoying the warm, inviting sea. Its ever-changing moods - from serene to playfully choppy - provided endless entertainment.

The place is simply amazing; it has breathtaking views and one of the most beautiful sunsets. The apartment is spacious and very nicely decorated with all the amenities. The host were very friendly, responsive and provided excellent recommendations for things to do and where to eat. The best place one can stay for work or holiday in Patra. It is a very short drive to the city center and has the privilege of privacy, peaceful surroundings, parking and lots of space. I cannot imagine there is a better place to stay while visiting Patra.

Location very good, the view from the terrace to the sea priceless. Apartment clean and as described. Host always available and very friendly. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend this accommodation. The location is very good and ideally suited for excursions.

Alexis was a great host! It made us feel "at home". Our accommodation provided us with everything we needed and more. The location is ideal for anyone who wants to unwind in a tranquil landscape in nature. The view from the accommodation is amazing. Beautiful place that made you feel quite friendly, quiet neighborhood and spot that is the house but also close to the center. I'll go for it again maybe in the future.

Excellent view, you can see the sea almost from every window of the house! The house is very clean, a few steps from the restaurants and the market. We definitely recommend it!

The house was very nice and comfortable The hosts were very caring and helpful. There was everything in the kitchen. They even put it in the basic food needs. Only the guests should have been informed that they had to pay 8 euros per day.

Φανταστικό! The apartment had everything we needed and more. We loved sitting on the balcony, viewing the sea and drinking nescafe. The location was perfect for easily walking anyplace in Itea. And one of the nicest areas of Itea. The best base for easy traveling to many attractions. I think, however, it would be helpful to know in advance that there are two flights of stairs to climb to get to the second floor. I realize the future plan is to install an elevator, but I think this is extremely important infomation. The only things I didn't find in the apartment were some ajax and windex for cleaning the bathroom/kitchen. (We were there for 10 days.

Nikos is a super host - we stayed a few nights at this apartment and it was a perfect base to explore Delphi and the mountains.

Dinos was one of the best hosts we've ever stayed in!! Communicative, willing to help, accurate and very pleasant!! The house is spotless, close to the central market, just like in the photos and fully equipped!!! Wherever you wanted to go it was walkable!! Highly recommend!!!

My stay was everything I needed and wanted to full fill my stay in Patras. I highly recommend this condo. Location was perfect. Within walking distance and far enough from square that I felt safe and private in my stay. Lena is a wonderful host. She is very responsive and helpful in any questions and numbers to help navigate where I want to go while my stay in Patras.

The stay was very pleasant. The house was fully equipped and provided everything a functional home needs. The host was always available for what she needed. I highly recommend it.
