Vacation rentals with breakfast in Philipstown

I cannot thank Rick enough for the use of his beautiful, fun home with gorgeous views! I rented the house for the weekend for my husband’s 60th with his 3 friends and it was perfect despite the weather. They loved it! Rick was extremely communicative and offered a lot of information as well. Highly recommend!

This was our second time at this Airbnb. The location is perfect . 5 mins from Downtown , 5 mins from the train station and 5 mins from Mount Beacon . The house is perfect for our needs , clean and spacious while remaining cozy . We’ll be back . Thanks Suzanna

The Stargaze Lodge is the perfect place for a nice quiet getaway. The house is absolutely beautiful and is very clean and we'll stocked. Gary goes above and beyond making your stay as pleasant as possible. We will definitely be back!

Words cannot describe how much of a blessing it was for us to have found Phil & Terri’s place. We needed a medium term stay in Hackettstown across the winter holidays from overseas and it’s slim pickings around the area. It’s definitely country region and one of a few different dwellings on a private farmstead. One above and attached, and two other small independent units. You are surrounded by beautiful farmland and the views are amazing. Kids loved playing around the little pond, used the stocked bonfire pit, explored the tractors, diggers, and wagons scattered around the acreage. The place was stocked with the living essentials, spare travel toiletries, plenty of coffee and fixings, spices for cooking, and a super modern appliances, washer and dryer. Comfy beds and baths. The high speed internet and Amazon Firestick TVs are super helpful. Not great phone signal but totally fine on WiFi calling or VoIP. They are super hosts. We will definitely be back. And it was just amazing!!!!

It is quite a drive from NYC because of traffic, but the house is big and the neighborhood was pretty quiet and felt safe! The house is beautiful and clean and very accommodating!

Lola's place was clean, quiet, comfy and well situated for our needs. The house is well equipped, including butter, milk and eggs in the refrigerator (nice touch). Lola is very responsive, answering any question we had in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Wonderful stay at this peaceful, beautiful lake house. The hosts were great in all communication and prep for our stay. Very accommodating and sincere. Response times were fast and thoughtful. Beautiful home and peaceful, clean lake. Well organized kitchen and very nice bedrooms. Upfront instructions and check out was a super breeze (no pressure to do a ton of chores like other places). Patrick is a very kind and gracious host. I rented his home to accommodate my elderly Aunt and other family members, and they couldn't stop gushing about how great the house and their stay were. There was a minor issue with the housekeeper not cleaning the house upon arrival, and Patrick couldn't be more apologetic. HE came to the house to clean and was even so generous as to issue my family a refund for part of their stay. I can't write enough kind words about Patrick and his beautiful home. We stayed here on a weekend trip to Lime Rock and it was a great location! Close to the racetrack and also near the town center, as well as a relatively short drive to Great Barrington. The house was exactly as described and very clean, I would recommend it!

Clean apartment, very quiet, safe neighborhood, shops, mall, highway all nearby. Kirk was very attentive, responded quickly to messages. If I had another opportunity, I would stay again.

Orna was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. The apartment is cozy and well appointed. We were visiting our daughter and family for Thanksgiving. They recently moved to Kingston . Great location! This would not affect most people, but my 90 year “young” dad was with us, so the old fashioned tub/shower was a bit of a hazard for him. Really a gem of a place if you are traveling through or visiting loved ones in Kingston.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to our family and planned activities. The neighborhood was very safe. We were most grateful for the use of the yard, as we had our pup with us; a real plus for pup parents!

We really enjoyed our three nights here. It’s a lovely place, with spacious rooms filled with light from large windows. Each room has thoughtfully chosen, comfortable and well-placed furniture, with no feeling of clutter. Antoinette’s, a wonderful bakery, is a short walk down the hill for coffee, breakfast and lunch. Just behind the house there’s an entrance to a wonderful, shady trail with views of the Hudson. Nicole and Mike are gracious hosts who communicate very well.

At Thanksgiving we like to be at an Airbnb instead of an hotel while visiting family in the area. Roseanne's place was perfect for three of us. The condo was very comfortable, clean and a private place to be altho we didn't spend a lot of time there. The beds were comfortable and there is a lovely view. We would stay there again.

The place is very uniquely designed and very cute. We stayed over memorial Day weekend and particularly loved the bathtub and the large fireplace by the bed. It was very relaxing after the hikes, especially since you can set up wine and snacks for your bath time. We took advantage of the industrial stove instead of BBQ ing outside because the weather was not great during our stay. The stove was a game changer to cook our steak perfectly. The place was very thoughtfully designed, I enjoyed sitting in the swing chairs, too. Daniel was very responsive and flexible with our check in as well which we appreciated. We recommend his place to everyone!

It was a such a pleasure to spend time there while I was in the neighborhood teaching a Gravity Golf school. The hospitality was next level and the conversations were wonderful. Thank you!!!

My girlfriend and I stayed for the weekend and had an amazing time staying at Troy’s home. We had a nice private space downstairs and access to basically everything except the kitchen which Troy keeps very clean and sanitized to offer delicious and surprisingly fancy breakfast every morning of our stay, he even baked me a cake for my birthday. His dogs Louisa and Grete were so sweet but Troy is very good about keeping them away if needed. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay and my girlfriend told me how much she’d love to book here with Troy again.

a wonderful cabin with a great ambience and very welcoming hosts. the fire, record player, breakfasts, birds in the morning, and more all make for a perfect stay.

I absolutely love this little cottage. This is our second time staying. It is very cozy, perfect for a couple for the weekend. The property is very quiet and peaceful with the brook running right past the back of the cottage. It is an easy walk into the center of town and the strip with various stores, restaurants, and bars. The cottage was clean, neat, and had all basic necessities. Panxi and Diana are great hosts, available for questions. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this booking.

Renee was a very nice host. The room was clean and the bed comfortable!

Linda's place is exactly as described. Photos were identical to what you got in real life. Quiet area, 12 minute drive to Calicoon and Bethel Woods, about 20 to Narrowsburg where there are lots of cute shops and restaurants. The sunroom had a beautiful view of the fall foliage. We loved coming back at night and starting a fire to get cozy (much needed since the room was a bit chilly). Linda was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay.

Ms King’s home was such a delight. The views a gorgeous, the wildlife very plentiful, and the home is pristine. I wish I had more time to enjoy time with the house, nature, and the host, Bien, who was so friendly. You can tell she loves the property, the animals, and servicing her guests to the best. When I’m back in town, I’ll be checking to see if there’s availability at Ms King’s home. The only place I want to stay at in Rockland Lake.
