We were very satisfied with the hotel. The staff were very friendly and the pool on the terrace was also great. In addition, the breakfast was very varied and good. I particularly loved the decor of the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Alex place was as described and pictured. You get a bang for your buck! The location was fabulous! You are footsteps away from bars, 7-Eleven, delicious eats, the walking street etc. & close enough to attractions that a grab or bolt ride is very reasonably priced. The space was clean & safe. Alex was responsive & helpful as a host. I would absolutely stay here again & recommend anyone to do the same.

- Easy access from airport * 3 buses/day from Suvarnabhumi International Airport are available (7:50 am, 11:00 am, 2:00 pm). * Paknamprasae Intersection is the stop you should get off at. * 200 Baht/person - So wonderful local atmosphere (I never forget that throughout my life) * The host's home (built by his parents) are really comfortable to be at with Thai-style furnitures, billiards place as well as Wi-Fi, AC, fridge, kitchen. * Prasae Morning Market (2-min walk from the home) offers you a lot of local foods, fruits, daily consumables with reasonable, local price everyday. * Small vendors/restaurants around the market are also amazing. * Prasae River and Shore are likely to let us relaxed and forget our daily "To Do". - Friendly, but professional host * The host, ex-hotel employee, can use English. * His knowledge and information are very accurate. * If you have something to do or somewhere to go, the first choice should be asking him about that. I really make a recommendation to all of you, but more than that, keep it my secret...

The caretaker was quick to chat, made it easy to decide. Good place with water park and beach access. Walkable and private. Seating available.

A beautiful and peaceful location. The room was spacious with a nice kitchen and bathroom. Everything was clean when we arrived and the room was cleaned daily. The park offers a luxurious gym with swimming pool. With a car you can go many places nearby for tourists activities. We were very happy with our stay!

I am pleased and glad to be the first one to write a review here. I recently stayed at Tanaphum's place at The Base Condo, and it was an excellent experience. Situated on a high floor, the condo offers stunning views. The apartment is beautifully decorated and equipped with high-speed internet, making it perfect for both work and relaxation. Access to the condo was very easy, thanks to the clear instructions provided by Tanaphum. It's also conveniently located, making it simple to explore the surrounding area. Tanaphum is a fantastic host. He was very responsive and attentive to any questions I had. I have stayed in this building many times and highly recommend staying at Tanaphum's place. It also features a larger balcony than other units, providing even more space to enjoy the beautiful views.

Good services and quick answer

Second floor apartment. Great location, excellent value, furnishings were good, aircon was also very good. Overall space is slightly smaller than it appears in the photos. Would recommend they add a security locker in the room.

stunning setting, hill top tree house vibe, cool staff, old ko samet feel, a place to be, unwind, chill, swim, food great, rooms little dated, room 2 too small for a couple, bathroom needs a refresh

Beautiful hut directly on the beach of a small, beautiful bay. Could do with some more furnishings inside such as table/chairs, glasses/cups and a garbage can, but overall ok. Bathroom is outside at the backside of the hut. The restaurant is also okay, alternatively there are other restaurants in the neighboring bay within walking distance, where is also a scooter rental to explore the island a little further. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, overall a great stay.

Directly at the beach, room clean. Checking was a bit complicated, but work out after some phonecalls. People were very friendly. Beach was also cleaned after stormy night, restaurants available. Seafood restaurants near the hotel at seaside are very good.
