We highly recommend this place! The location is fantastic — all the local landmarks are within walking distance, which made exploring the area super easy and enjoyable. There are also convenience stores nearby, which was very handy. My kids especially loved the bathtub — it was a great way for them to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, a great stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. was pleasently surprised with our stay at Julie's place. it was super nice has a rooftop pool and gym. Suites us well. having a washer and dryer is fantastic as well when you've been travelling for a a bit and have some washing to do.

I stayed with three friends, and the two-bedroom apartment was feel comfortable. The space was clean and airy, so really relaxing. The building has a gym and pool 👍🏻. The host responded quickly and support from check-in to check-out. Overall, a pleasant place for a short stay with a small group.

I stayed in HCM for a month and needed a comfortable place to call home—and this apartment was just what I was looking for! It’s clean, safe, and in a fantastic location. You’ll find a street right next to the building where local vendors sell fresh fruits and vegetables daily, which was super convenient. It’s also within walking distance of countless restaurants and activities. Bùi Viện Walking Street is just a 7-minute walk away, packed with bars and nightlife. If that’s not your vibe, there are still hundreds of amazing restaurants within a 20-minute walk in every direction. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone visiting HCM for a longer stay.

Kat’s home offered us a level of comfort not experienced in over 7 trips to Vietnam. Beds were soft, place was well decorated and bathrooms were immaculate. You can tell that she pays attention to the small details which isn’t something typical for Airbnb’s in Vietnam. Her stay will be our number one choice in future trips.

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

We had a wonderful stay at Thuy’s place. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was Thuy’s warmth and hospitality. she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even took the time to chat, which made our experience even more special. We truly appreciated her kindness and will definitely be back. Thank you, Thuy, for such a lovely stay.

Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

Top notch stay in not far from the heart of District 1. The apartment was spacious, clean, and looked just like the photos. The beds were super comfortable and aircon was strong — we always left home feeling super well rested. The hosts were also very responsive and friendly. On the first night someone’s bed had a strange stain on it and the team was super quick to respond, replying immediately sending someone to change the sheets the next day. The apartment complex itself feels super luxurious and secure, featuring amenities like pools, gyms, and even a jacuzzi (though unfortunately didn’t have time to check them out). There was even a Pizza 4P’s outlet right downstairs which was super convenient 😍 Definitely recommend to anyone coming to Saigon!

Highly recommend !!!! Host is super friendly and amazing. Very quick response if you need any helps or recommends. The place is very clean and tidy. It’s a breath-taking view from the balcony. I imagined that it is 5-star hotel room when I took my first step into the place. Everything is well decorated. This is my best choice I’ve ever had when choosing a place to stay.
