BEST HOST EVER!! I’ve stayed in AirBnbs in over 30 countries now and Tina is the best host I’ve had. She was so responsive, kind and incredibly helpful. I had a meeting for work with a man who couldn’t speak English and Tina took the time to come and act as a translator, all without asking. I am so incredibly grateful to her. I wouldn’t have been able to have a successful meeting without her help. The place is spotless and location is amazing. Highly highly recommend, you can’t go wrong!! Will 100% be back soon.

Gabriel and Justin are great hosts who were accomodating and were very responsive from the time we booked, until we checked out. We booked two flats (2703/2907) that were very clean, well furnished and were peaceful (no noise from neighbors or from outside). The location is fantastic, there's cafe downstairs, a 7/11 100m around the corner, local eateries all around, and you can walk to Bui Vien. If you want to go to Saigon Center it's a 7 min cab ride, or CBD (fancy area) it's only about 10 mins. Definitely recommend if you want a safe, clean and easy to access apartment(s) in District 1! Everything was great! The location is perfect, with plenty of shops nearby (a girl's heaven). The room is spacious, and the best part is the AC, it's nice and cold, which is a lifesaver in the hot Vietnamese weather!

Great place to stay! A little tricky to find, but was able to find with Huy’s helpful directions! Huy’s staff helped transport our luggage up the many stairs, nice private area, some noise at night but did not affect or stay or sleep! Overall a great stay!

Strengths: The price is low and the location is good (10 minutes on foot to Bui Vien, 15-20 minutes to Bentan Market) Communication was good and replies were quick Cons: I booked 6 nights and 7 days, but there are 2 large towels and some ants, so you have to clean up food right away Overall, I am satisfied.

Great place and staff. I had a great stay. The location is in a really nice area but is a little far from public transit and shops.

My host is very responsive and helpful. She gave instructions on where her homestay was located and all the information that needed to be sent before I checked in. Everything was so easy because of it. The room is nice and clean. A big plus when she has a Youtube television since I have a baby with me, it kept her busy for a while. Her location is so close to Ben Thanh market and the center area, I walked around and enjoyed many things. And her price for a room is very reasonable compared to the area. Lastly, I very appreciate her employee for helping me carry my luggage and being so helpful while I was at the homestay.

Firstly, I felt very at home here. The property was super comfortable, had a great sleep and the temperature was perfect for it being so hot outside. Secondly, the host was so so great. She communicated quickly, efficiently, and I didn’t have to worry about her not getting back to me unlike some other hosts I dealt with on my other trips. Thirdly, location is awesome. Very central! Only tip is that if you call a grab, I recommend walking to the street right under cause it’s a bit easier since it can get crowded w cars on the main st of the property. That’s all! Overall loved the property and the host was great. Def book it if you can

My stay at Mustang 11:11 Boutique was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the host, Thi Tuyet Anh, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, offering local tips and always being readily available to answer any questions. The homestay itself was superb. The amenities were excellent – everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully provided. I particularly appreciated the Bathtub & the Projector in the room. It truly felt like a home away from home. And the location? Simply perfect! I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. You won't be disappointed!

It's really good value for the space and price in a county, and the car can enter for easy access, and the seat is on the first floor so you don't have to worry about the elevator!

One of my best Airbnb stays ever . it's very clean and you'll feel right at home. will always stay with them when in Ho Chi Min city.

I stayed with three friends, and the two-bedroom apartment was feel comfortable. The space was clean and airy, so really relaxing. The building has a gym and pool 👍🏻. The host responded quickly and support from check-in to check-out. Overall, a pleasant place for a short stay with a small group.
