This is a nice place to stay. It is very accessible because there are numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops in the vicinity. Especially it is very close to Sai Gon's center.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The condo is located right in the heart of the city, and being on the top floor gave us stunning views especially at night. It was the perfect location—just steps away from great restaurants, bars, and everything we wanted to explore. The space itself was very clean, modern, and thoughtfully set up. The beds were super comfortable, and the fast internet made it easy to stay connected during our stay. The host was incredibly helpful and provided very clear, detailed check-in instructions, which made our arrival seamless. Overall, a great experience—we’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

If you are looking for a great place to stay with a beautiful night view and a safe and clean place to stay in Ho Chi Minh, I highly recommend this place. There aren't many buildings yet, but you can walk to places you want, such as coffee, breakfast, and bars that are available from 7 o'clock, and you can reach all famous places and restaurants in 10-15 minutes by Grab. In addition, most of all, the accommodation was the same as the photos, and the surroundings are quiet, so you can sleep well, and there are many people jogging in the morning, and the compartment is well organized, so it's good to take a walk ~ Washing machine, styler, induction, everything was perfect, the residence itself had a good community, and ordering food was easy and fast ~ Most importantly, I was in a hurry to communicate with the host, and I was in a hurry to communicate early in the morning, and even though it was a day off, I was so grateful for the quick response and handling. I have a little greed that only I want to know because this place is really precious and more than I can imagine, but if you are planning a trip to Ho Chi Minh City, I write a review with the hope that you will visit this place. Quynh Anh is an easygoing hostess. I need more fans you brought to me. You also gave me lots of delicious fresh fruits. You let me borrow a bike for transportation. Your room is well-stocked, clean and very spacious also cozy. The sun shines in the room very well on my mind. I will be back often.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Vietnam! The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with local touches. The location is perfect—close to local markets, cafes, and within walking distance to major attractions. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer any questions and share useful local tips. I felt very welcomed and at home throughout my stay. If you’re visiting Vietnam and looking for a comfortable and authentic place to stay, this Airbnb is definitely worth checking out. I’d love to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The localization is great, close to metro station, many restaurants and a shopping mall. The apartment is clean, and spacious. Kitchen has a microwave, electric kettle, stove and rice cooker. Perhaps some things in the apartment could be renovated, but the price is still great, and we had a great stay, so we highly recommend it.

The house is small but cozy and comfortable. The evening view is very beautiful, especially when it rains. What's special is that it's on a high floor but not noisy at all; it's very quiet and perfect for resting, studying, and working.

good for a longer term stay, well equipped, has pretty much everything you could need. responsive hosts, located close to airport with cheap transport through grab to anywhere you could want. my only complaint would be occasionally noisy neighbours but this is no inherent fault of the property and noise pollution is common in vietnam so giving 5 stars

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

An amazing location, right in the center of Saigon, so many shops, restaurants, and incredible street food right out the door. The apartment is quiet, on a high floor so the street noise is muted. I slept soundly each night. Lots of closet space, so nice to have a washing machine. Grab taxi and bike, deliveries came to the right location. Tracy was responsive and helpful, great with communication and so friendly. I have stayed in many places in Saigon, and this was about as perfect an apartment as you can find in a bustling city. I hope to come back to stay again.
