The "Büchenbronn" district is located south about 15 minutes from the gold town of Pforzheim, on a northern foothill of the Black Forest. Since we have 2 apartments in a 3-family house, we thought we would like to offer the apartment on the 2nd floor (top floor) for nice people who are looking for a short-term stay. The apartment has 2 rooms + bathroom, in which 6 people can sleep, 4 guests in the Africa room (bed & sofa bed) and 2 guests in the Rose room (bed). There is NO kitchen available!

Sonnenhaus is in a very good, quiet location of Sindelfingen. Just 400 meters from Sonnenhaus is the very large and famous Breuningerland shopping center! At Breuningerland there is simply everything and everything is the best of the best. Just 100 meters from Sonnenhaus is the forest, where you can walk and run well. Stuttgart city center is only 15 km away. Stuttgart Airport is also only 15 km away. (15 minutes by car) near Sonnenhaus is the thermal spa Böblingen (2.4 km)

Sallenbusch vacation home in beautiful Kraichgau

Our vacation home is a former farmhouse from the 1950s and is located on one of a total of 16 farms in the Sallenbusch settlement; nestled in gentle hills on which - depending on the year - rapeseed and sunflowers bloom, or corn and cereals sway in the wind. Here, in the beautiful Kraichgau, you are in the "Tuscany" of Germany. In the middle of the idyll: our 150 m² renovated house with retro charm, in which there is plenty of space for up to 4 people and a toddler.

Straubenhardt-Conweiler is located in the middle of nature, on the edge of the northern Black Forest. The region is a popular destination for hiking and mountain biking. Not far from the house is the Schwanner Warte, the starting point of many hikes and walks. In the village there is a larger shopping center with various shops and several restaurants about 600 m away. The metropolitan areas of Karlsruhe, Ettlingen, Pforzheim and Stuttgart are easily accessible.

Enjoy the fascinating city center up close. In the middle of the city, yet quite quiet. Everything is within walking distance. 7 min. to the train station, 5 min. to all shopping centers, 1 min. marketplace, 2 minutes to the historic collegiate church, 2 minutes to the Schönbuch. There is a lot of space over 3 floors and a beautiful open dining and living area across 2 floors. Outside, young and old can let off steam in the forest or park.
