It is your home away from home, with its own history and character, offering a calm retreat or a base between Karlsruhe and Strasbourg for exploring the Rhine Valley, Black Forest, and the Vosges. It’s a short 5-minute walk to the village bakeries for morning bread and 10 min to the lake & beach. The "Büchenbronn" district is located south about 15 minutes from the gold town of Pforzheim, on a northern foothill of the Black Forest. Since we have 2 apartments in a 3-family house, we thought we would like to offer the apartment on the 2nd floor (top floor) for nice people who are looking for a short-term stay. The apartment has 2 rooms + bathroom, in which 6 people can sleep, 4 guests in the Africa room (bed & sofa bed) and 2 guests in the Rose room (bed). There is NO kitchen available!

Sonnenhaus is in a very good, quiet location of Sindelfingen. Just 400 meters from Sonnenhaus is the very large and famous Breuningerland shopping center! At Breuningerland there is simply everything and everything is the best of the best. Just 100 meters from Sonnenhaus is the forest, where you can walk and run well. Stuttgart city center is only 15 km away. Stuttgart Airport is also only 15 km away. (15 minutes by car) near Sonnenhaus is the thermal spa Böblingen (2.4 km)

Explore local hiking trails or discover the Black Forest and the nearby mountain bike trail by bike.

Our tiny house is a former transformer tower, which is a 5-minute walk from the old town. Supermarket,gas station, pharmacy and parking garage are nearby. The tower has a 32 sqm terrace that floats above the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof. Integrated kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and floor heating.
