This property is perfect for 4 people however it is not suitable for anyone with a mobility issue. The entrance from the street is directly into the kitchen/living area, beautifully laid out and a staircase weaves its way to the first floor, where there is a large double bedroom, with ensuite shower room, and a Juliet window to the street below. A separate toilet is also on this floor, shared by the second bedroom, which is on the top floor, complete with a double bed and ensuite shower room.

Wi-Fi on each floor. 80 cm TV Sleeps 4: - Ground floor: living room/kitchen, double sofa bed. - 1st floor: double bed in the bedroom, clothes-hanging cupboard. Baby crib. - 2nd floor: toilet, shower, Saint-Tropez-style terrace with trees: 1 table, 4 chairs, 2 lounge chairs, unobstructed view and not overlooked (please respect the neighborhood on the outdoor terrace; no excessively loud music, no dance floor, etc.)

Enjoy the charm of the countryside while being five minutes from Pezenas (city of Molière). At the bottom of the house, take a walk through the vineyards or you can reach the river and swim there in the summer. Supermarket and tobacco store a two-minute walk from the house. No restaurant in the village, you will have to go to Pézenas. 30 minutes from the beaches of Marseillan. 45 minutes from Montpellier 20 minutes from Béziers. 30 minutes from Lac du Salagou.
