Perfect location for a Tirana visit - sure, ypu have to drive into the City itself (10 minutes) , but can leave all the crazy traffic behind upon going "hone". House is very spacious, very clean, well equipped and situated next door to a fantastic restaurant. Couldn't have been better! Thanks for everything.

The villa was exactly like in the photos. Very spacious and very clean including the furniture. The garden was well maintained. We asked for 2 cots for my toddlers and a high chair- both were set up and ready for when we arrived and looked new! The villa is within the Perla residential resort with security. The area consists of well maintained green gardens, large kids playground and a swimming pool club are 3mins walk. The pool is approx £12 per day for a family including 2 sun-beds and umbrella. The sandy beach is a 5 min walk where all the restaurants are. The mini supermarket which has a good selection of items is a 2min walk. The villa uses solar panels so there was some issues with hot water due to bad weather but the hosts sorted it out within 2 hours and communicated with us throughout. The area is going through rapid development so there are lots of clean restrooms by the beach and more new restaurants being opened. I would recommend this villa and would stay again.

Erda was very responsive and always ready to help. The Airbnb is conveniently located close to the city center, with several places to eat and small shops nearby. We really enjoyed our stay!

The stay was super nice. Jurgen was very flexible with our arrival time. The apartment was fully equipped, very clean and super spacious. It was great to stay there even though our stay was very short. Jurgen was quick to respond to messages and they stay was overall very very good. Would definitely recommend!

I wanted a peaceful two day break and that is exactly what I got. The house was absolutely beautiful, super clean and bright and within walking distance to the beach. The hosts were super welcoming and responsive, so I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing break with private amenities. I wouldn’t hesitate to re-book! Amazing villa, spacious and very clean. We had everything we needed. Very good communications with the hosts. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming on arrival . Even brought us local made food that was absolutely delicious. We had a great time. Thank you!

Kim and her father Ilir are really very available and responsive to the slightest request, a nearby caretaker arrives very quickly when you have a request. i highly recommend this sweet sweet spot.

A really good place to go ! The only trouble is the water pressure that deserves to be upgraded if it's possible. The villa is confortable, perfect for big group ! Take some rental cars to enjoy the country. Special mention for Leonora, she's kind and very helpful. She finds us driver and make some groceries for us before our arrival.

When we arrived, the place was a little dirty. However, after we informed the host, a cleaning lady was sent within a short time and we were served a traditional meal as compensation. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

We were in villa with a large group. It is huge and well equipped! With garden, balconies, shaded terrace there is really plenty of space, also the children were happy. It is very idyllic on a hill with fantastic panoramas. Tirana is only a few kilometers away, but it should definitely be planned for traffic! When driving, the GPS sent to us via rising dirt roads. If you don't have a 4WD, it's best to drive over the mosque - it protects the underbody. Marius was always responsive and helpful, thanks for the great five days!

The house is very beautiful and well equipped. The small inflatable swimming pool in the garden is a pleasure, but nothing beats the sea, only twenty minutes away. There are small mini-markets and fruit and vegetable sellers right next door. The host was quick to respond to our message and reacted immediately to the problem when we arrived. It was a pleasant stay.

Marjo was the best host I ever had in my life! He let you feel home from the first moment! Now is like a friend, the villa is beautiful and perfect, and marjo has been very helpful with everything, I can’t recommend him enough, he made our stay unforgettable!

Our stay at this property in Albania was just fantastic. Upon arrival at the airport, we were warmly welcomed by the landlord. This personal pick-up service was not only incredibly convenient, but also a first taste of the extraordinary hospitality that accompanied us throughout the stay. The landlord was very friendly, attentive and proactive. He brought us fresh bread and a bottle of local wine, a wonderful gesture that made our first evening special. The place itself was beautifully located with a breathtaking view, which we enjoyed every morning and evening. Whether at breakfast or relaxing in the evening, the view was simply spectacular and enriched our stay every day. At the end of our vacation, the landlord even took us back to the airport.
