Please note: the loft is stair-access only. Due to construction, 1st Street is closed to vehicles, but sidewalk access and nearby public parking remain available.

This is a beautiful country get away. Plenty of space to run around, ride horses, or have a fire and roast marshmallows. It is close to a charming small town with cute local shopping. Also very close to the Sulphur River where you can go fossil hunting, hiking, picnicing etc. Driving distance from Bonham State Park. Within a few miles of the Bois D'Arc Lake and we have plenty of room to park your boat or trailer during your stay.

It is less than a five minute walk to the Northeast Texas Trail for hiking and biking. Roxton has a cafe, bank, post office, and gas station. Paris is a 20 min drive for larger stores. This home is located in a agricultural community where traffic jams are caused by tractors and cows.
