5 minutes to Windrock with plenty of parking for a trailers. You can ride directly from the house 10 mins to Oak Ridge. 3 minutes to grocery store. 40 minutes to Pigeon Forge. Our house offers a great outdoor deck for Entertaining. Spacious living room, dining room along with a washer & dryer! It has been remolded but still has its Imperfections. Quite safe neighborhood. Limited street parking. Plenty of back yard parking! If you are mountain biking - we have a secured basement to store bikes

This cottage was exactly as described and all that we had hoped for. It was spotlessly clean and had everything that you need to just stay in and enjoy the view of the water, marina and surrounding hills from the covered porch. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there were extra towels and blankets and pillows if needed. Or we could walk down to the dock to fish or just sit on the benches by the water.

The place was great. Good location, clean place, and they even had some goodies for us when we arrived. Don was great with communication, I didn’t have to ask him any questions because he provided me with everything I needed to know.

The bathroom features wooden paneling providing a rustic feel. A shower/tub combo is joined by a modern toilet and a shower curtain. Soft, neatly arranged towels are displayed on a shelf, and a small rug adds warmth to the floor.

This was one of the best air bnb’s we have ever seen. The attention to details for guests such as extra new toothbrushes, q tips, candies, etc were all fantastic! Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend!! It is definitely off the beaten path but so worth it!!
