Three bedroom, two full bathroom home. Was completely updated in 2022. Has covered rear porch and covered carport area along with front deck. Plenty of parking with huge gravel parking lot. Full furnished kitchen along with all linens provided. Home is protected by ADT security system along with exterior cameras. Home has WiFi along with smart TV's. Home is 1 mile to both Windrock trails 26&43 and also Brushy Mtn. Penitentiary. Gas and food also within 1 mile. Petros is an ATV friendly town.

Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.
