Villa Bougainvillea is an old stone house that was build in early 19th century and was renovated recently. It is 10 minutes away from the famous beaches of Matala, Kommos,Agiofarago, Kalamaki, Kokkinos Pyrgos and Kaloi Limenes. Because it’s in the south part of Crete, even in the windy days you can find a beach that’s calm enough for swimming. The Minoan palace of Faistos, the archeological site of Gortyna, the cave-graves of Matala are also only 10 minutes away.

This unique stone cottage is built on a 2,5 acres estate, filled with olive and palm trees and is located just 200 m from the secluded east beach of Agia Galini. The cottage is 42sqm with a bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Air-condition and Wi-Fi are also available as well as an external shower. Outside the cottage, besides the beautiful olive trees, herbs & plants, there is a spacious sitting area under an enormous olive tree.

Villa Mojito was built in 2020. It has stunning views of Mount Psiloritis, the Messara valley and the sea. The house offers everything you need to have a wonderful, relaxing holiday. There are several terraces and covered spaces, as well as a large sun terrace by the pool. In 2022 we added a large electrical pergola to provide extra shade. The house has excellent air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer and warm in winter. We also have a pellet stove.

This new 40 m2 house is surrounded by large outdoor spaces, with sun loungers and a table for eating outside, under the 18 square meter shaded pergola or in the private garden where you can enjoy seasonal fruits: mandarins, oranges, lemons, pomegranates... A barbecue is also at your disposal, as well as aromatic plants and some surprises for your meals.
