We had a very pleasant stay at Ioanna's place. The house is very nice and the courtyard is also very pleasant on very warm days. Ioanna took very good care of us and always wrote back immediately when we had a question. Thanks for the lovely stay.

We stayed at this beautiful villa with our adult children and an older parent, and it exceeded our expectations. Perched high above Moires, it offers stunning views of the valley and distant mountains. The villa is exactly as shown, with a fantastic outdoor pool, lovely gardens, and an outdoor kitchen featuring a gas grill and wood-fired pizza oven. Inside, everything was clean and well-presented, complete with a wonderful welcome pack. All the rooms were just as advertised, with quality linens and towels. George, the owner, was incredibly attentive, communicating effectively and even cooking delicious Cretan meals for us on several evenings. He also shared great recommendations for local trips, restaurants, and beaches. I can’t recommend this villa enough—it’s perfect, and I can’t wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at Georgios’ place. Communication with him and his wife was very smooth — they responded quickly whenever we had a question and were also very flexible with the check-in. The flat is a dream and waking up every morning to such a beautiful view right by the beach felt like a real fairytale. We truly felt that they cared about us — they kept us informed about important things (like an earthquake) and other helpful updates. We highly recommend the flat and them as hosts. We stayed at the apartment in Kouses in October for one week. The flat was just as pictured - very beautiful, clean, spacious and decorated with attention to detail. We fell in love with it at once, sitting on the balcony overlooking the olive groves of the Messara Plain. Check in was uncomplicated. Ioannis welcomed us personally and showed us around. He was very accommodating and gracious host and left an online guide of local recommendations for restaurants, shops and beaches etc which was so useful. Wifi worked with no problems, as did all the other appliances. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Kouses is a quiet village, there are no shopping facilities but once a day you can buy fresh produce sold from a truck, otherwise you have to drive about 10 min. to the next supermarket. We were pleased to find bottled water, wine and fruit in the fridge when we arrived. It was a great staying in Kouses. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Ioannis.

The place was tidy, cozy, and had all the essentials for a peaceful getaway. Everything was well-arranged, and the host was friendly and quick to help when needed. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience—I’d happily return.

It was just as I imagined it. A house that has retained its character and corresponded to the traditional decor with attention to detail and beautiful works of art. It doesn't matter if it meets the latest standards, there are other values. It had everything you needed for everyday life. Thank you Vanias for the welcome gestures, for your kind words, for our contact in advance, for olive oil, homemade jam and honey, delicacy from the baker and of course the raki, which I also used for the lemon cake. For hours, I sat in the cool shade of the lemon tree in front of the house, reading with coffee or wine and listening to the sounds of the village. I like the village very much, the lovely people in the kafénion and tavern, in the small supermarket, super baker, there is even a pharmacy. Everything is close! Phaistos, the sea, the market in Mires or Tymbaki, a wonderful place to unwind. Thank you

Five stars for service: sheets, towels, etc. Five stars for the owner's understanding of human nature/weaknesses, of his people. Five stars for the location of the house. Five stars for the quietness of the place. Five stars for responding to Viber messages immediately. Five stars for the air conditioners.

Our best experience at AirBnB so far. We spent 8 days in October at this really great place and absolutely enjoyed it. Location is exceptional. You can look at the small village of Sivas with a great selection of tavernas, in the background the mountains and the sea. The place was absolutely fantastic. New appliances, everything clean, enough towels and bath towels, great layout and perfect for us as a small family with one child. As a welcome, there was a basket of local food and drinks in the fridge. In the area there are a few very nice villages to visit and two beautiful beaches are also very easy to reach. The communication with Artemisia was simply perfect. All requests were responded to immediately. There were recommendations for the area and they even organized a crib and a baby towel for free for us. Don't be surprised by the few reviews, the place is 3 months old.
