Monthly Rentals in Petriti

We had a great stay at Ioanna’s. It’s very peaceful, well equipped and a very short walk to the beach and restaurants. We all had a truly relaxing holiday. Ioanna is super-friendly and helpful/ we couldn’t have asked for more.

We've just left House Kalithea, fantastic all round. The apartment is better than the photos and the view from the balcony is stunning. The apartment was surprisingly huge and it was fab to have sea views from the living room, kitchen and bedroom, all leading out to the large balcony. You have everything, and more than you need, a real home from home. The bathroom was super, large, recently renovated with lovely shower enclosure and countertop sink. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and always there if you need anything as they live below. Petriti is a small village village, it's beautiful at the water's edge and we spent many a happy morning watching the boats in the harbour. As some of the other reviews, a car is recommended and you can hire one within 2 mins of walking from the apartment, or even better ask Cristos or Tania. They kindly organised a driver to and from the airport which made things really easy. All in all superb , thank you so much Cristos and Tania

The exact address was not indicated but was ultimately fine to find. The house is really very spacious, very clean and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Anything you need is present. Friendly host. Great place to stay: highly recommended

We had a really great time here for 10 days with our 3-year-old daughter. Above all, the tranquility and privacy convinced us. The car can be parked right in front of the house, which is super convenient. Fly screens are mounted on every window, which helped a lot against the mosquitoes. The shops nearby have everything you need and more and there are great taverns in the village. We highly recommend this apartment.
