Lovingly renovated Majorcan village house with patio and roof terrace in SantanyiThrough the generous living and dining room with open kitchen on the ground floor you enter the patio, which offers relaxation space on 2 levels. In the rear part of the ground floor there is a cozy double bedroom with water bed, a bathroom and a small single bedroom. Upstairs there is another living room with mini-kitchen, a double and a single bedroom plus a bathroom with shower.

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

The house consists of a typical Mallorcan entrance, living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms. Bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Heating, A/C and WIFI throughout the unit. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, families (with children).

It is situated in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, making it an ideal starting point for hiking trails.
