Vacation rentals with beach access in Petit-Bourg

Perfect stay in the middle of nature, the accommodation matches the photo, the place is quiet and peaceful with a nice view! Responsiveness when needed throughout the stay. The only "negative" point for us is the steep road and the path to access the accommodation that can be a little scary at first. However, we find this problem in Basse Terre, a Kia Picanto may not be the most suitable car to visit this part of the island.

A home full of charm and a warm welcome. It was a pleasure to spend our nights at Jeannick and Roland's. The accommodation has everything you need for a pleasant stay. You will feel welcome and can enjoy being in an active city with the beach a few minutes away while enjoying a quiet and natural setting. The perfect combo!

An extraordinary view, we fought to do the dishes with such a view... A very nice pool to cool off as well as the air conditioning in the accommodation... A pleasant terrace to eat there in the company of chickens, birds and frogs while admiring the sunset... Dominique is a very friendly host... In short, we won't hesitate to go back.

Aurélie's studio is a real cozy nest, a cocoon. Perfectly clean, it has everything we usually need . The 180 degree view of the sea and the Gosier Island from this studio is a perpetual enchantment. Just be aware that the hotel of the residence organizes fairly regularly parties especially on Sundays from 2pm to 11pm which are very noisy. Aurélie as well as the syndic regularly reports it to the director who will hopefully, by imposing absolute calm in this paradise.

Very nice apartment, nice location in Gosier. Communication with the property managers was excellent, they are very attentive and responsive to ensure that the stay goes smoothly. The apartment is very well-equipped, clean, and convenient to use. I would recommend it in a second.

We had a pleasant stay at Sandra's, it is peaceful and in a good location. The outdoor kitchen with the small garden is lovely. The 180 bed is very nice. Sandra was responsive and friendly.

My wife and I just spent two weeks at Emile's! Very pleasant stay in a large and comfortable single-story house! Air conditioning in one room and the very powerful fan helped us withstand the heat. The large and totally shaded veranda was often our favorite room! The plus: two well-appointed loungers that accompanied us to the different beaches (folded in the trunk of the car!) Very functional TV and wifi. The equipment needed for cooking is basic, however... but we adapted 😉 In short, a GREAT STAY!!!

In addition to the accommodation that met our expectations and the description of the listing, we also extremely appreciated the kindness and the relationship made easy by Jean Charles, both before arrival and during our stay. He knows how to be attentive to our needs while being non-intrusive. Despite the fact that our stay was quite short, he was able to create this friendly relationship by advising us, offering us visits, telling us the story of Guadeloupe and his own story, inviting us to his home for an aperitif and small touches. A real human discovery. In terms of accommodation, air-conditioned, ideally located, easy to park and visit the island, we particularly appreciated its electrical autonomy during the general power outage on the island. We recommend it and will not hesitate to return during another stay.

Corine and Fred were lovely to us and we were welcomed as members of their family. Beyond a vacation rental, it is a rich human experience that we retain from these few days in Bouillante. Ideal location to discover Basse -Terre. And reach Pointe à Pitre. The accommodation is very comfortable. Well equipped. Very nice owner. I recommend this place.

Just wow! Our stay at Villa Manate in Gosier was beyond our expectations. The villa is beautiful, a haven of peace combining luxury, comfort and design. Everything is thought of in every detail: large swimming pool with bar, outdoor lounge area (ideal for an aperitif), rooftop jacuzzi, LED lights and light games, functional spaces all tastefully decorated. A huge thank you to Magalie, the host, who is very thoughtful and always available. When we arrived, an aperitif was waiting for us, and we even got a super complete breakfast basket: an attention that makes all the difference! This corner of paradise is the ideal place for a stay with family, friends or simply as a couple. In short, it's a 10/10, we leave conquered, rested, and we recommend this villa without a second thought!

Thanks to Murielle and Mario for this great stay. Highly responsive host, and very caring. The accommodation is perfect, very well-equipped (washing machine, coffee maker, outdoor kitchen, terrace, etc.), as mentioned in the listing. Pool with sea view, the ti punch aperitif/sunset with Mario, the planter and the accras made by Murielle was a real pleasure. We really recommend this place, you can stay there without a second thought.

The host was very quick to respond and very helpful during our stay. Great apartment, clean and good location. All services are nearby; restaurants, pharmacy etc. I would 100% recommend it.

After two weeks of "nature" in Dominica, Celia and Jerome's accommodation was perfect for the working time of the trip. Perfect location with the beach opposite. Perfect in amenities… there is everything Perfect access: the bottom of the fort allows you to radiate on Basse-Terre, Grande-Terre and on the north-south axis of Pointe-à-Pitre. Perfect in the responsiveness of the hosts. Perfect for the tranquility of the residence. One huge drawback!!!! You have to leave this interlude of life one day and return to reality.

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation is clean and functional. The sea view balcony is a real plus for breakfast in the morning.

We had a great time at Yourri and Johanna's! The apartment was beautiful, very comfortable, with an absolutely incredible view. Special mention for the bed which was really very comfortable, we slept very well! Yourri was extremely welcoming, always available, attentive, and he gave us plenty of good tips for discovering the region. He was able to answer all our questions with great kindness. A big thank you to him for his hospitality! We recommend this place without a second thought.
