The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

We rent a renovated, fully air-conditioned double room (the private guest bathroom and the shared kitchen are one floor down) in the immediate vicinity of the university hospital and the Heide nature reserve. Thanks to the direct connection to the public tram network, you can easily reach both the airport, the train station and the city center. Supermarkets and the pharmacy are within walking distance. Free parking is available by prior arrangement

"Arrive and feel good" balcony plus parking

In a residential development near the center, you can relax in our newly renovated and cozily furnished accommodation and use it as a starting point for activities in Halle and surroundings. From the train station you can reach the apartment in 10 minutes and to downtown in about 15 minutes by tram. You will find a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, bedroom and spacious living room with sofa bed, so that up to 3 people can comfortably stay with us.
