truly a home from home it has every thing from airfryer to washing machine. Angela is really an amazing lady, providing welcome gifts,plus tea, coffee and fresh milk. great after a long journey cuppa and feet up. we would like to keep this a secret but it's too perfect for anyone to missout on. nook up you won't be disappointed

Stayed here for 8 weeks while on placement. Great location, close to hospital park and ride. The room was perfect and had everything I needed. It was private and there was plenty of room. Would happily stay again.

While many Airbnb places overpromise and underdeliver, The Lodge is what Angela says, and more. It’s spacious, well-equipped, perfectly furnished, and clean. Angela and her husband, Derek, are great hosts, quick to answer questions (although everything is very clear from their notes), and hitting just the right balance between being available if needed, but not imposing. I have to visit the area at least a couple of times each year and I will definitely stay here again. If asked for anything that could be improved, the only thing I can think of is that for longer stays, a washer-dryer would be a very welcome addition! But that’s nitpicking. Everything was great, and thanks to Angela and Derek for a great stay.

We had a very relaxing stay, whilst there was a variety of restaurants nearby and beautiful scenery we chose to stay in most of the time in the cosy loft. A great nook to binge movies and play games with friends by the fire. Lovely hosts and pictures provided of the propery are very accurate. 100% recommend for a chill weekend and 100% stay again.

Fabulous 3 night stay as a family of 6. Cottage is bigger than it appears in the photos, plenty of room for all of us. Really well equipped, great shower, wonderful location, lots of charm. Children loved the cats that came to visit and looking out on the horses. Dermot and Anne were lovely hosts, really friendly and gave us useful local information along with breakfast items, tea coffee etc. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and book again. An absolute gem. Thank you

We was ever so happy when we checked into drake lodge. It was so easy to do so and wow the place is amazing and the hosts definitely went above and beyond. There was spare toiletries that was not asked for and a just in case. The hot tub was amazing. If we are needing a break again and we are in the area I would absolutely definitely book this place in a here beat. Do not miss out..

A lovely & pretty cottage, annexed to the main house, with a delightful garden & decking area. The accommodation was just what we wanted - roomy, airy, comfortable & light. The kitchen table seemed to be the centre of our evening activity (a nice big kitchen) & it was all very clean, with all the required amenities. Highly recommended.

Hannah was there to greet us on arrival. The Airbnb was easy to find and very clean, exactly like the description and photos. We had a lovely stay and would use again! Thank you Hannah!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Nook. Rachel was a great host, very helpful and responsive, and the space was just what we needed.

Stayed here for a couple of days for a little getaway while I was working remotely & it was just what I needed. The place was cosy & I felt at home which was lovely 😊 The weather was sunny at times too & it was lovely listening to the birds in the beautiful garden. Very chilled space for us to stay - super close to Peterborough and had everything we needed amenities-wise. Our host was very happy with a flexible check-in which was much appreciated but hadn't realised the date we were coming (thought it was the day after) so the Airbnb wasn't ready for us. However she comped us a small refund which is much appreciated! I did hoover on arrival but I can't blame the host for this as she was expecting us a day later. Really nice, cool little room and some beautiful beautiful cats in the garden to say hello to!

I loved the “Little Nest”. It was exactly as shown on the photos. It was wonderful to sit on the patio with a jungle vibe. Caroline and Matt were great hosts, very good and quick with communication. They prepared the place well for me -even asking for my preferred type of milk- and making me feel welcome with a sweet treat! They also gave a lot of recommendations for St Neots. This place is perfect if you want to visit Cambridge! Totally recommend it!

stayed here for a weekend to access a flight experience at duxford airfield. was perfectly located only 5 minute drive away. very peaceful surroundings and lovely pub 2 minutes walk across the green. house had a lovely cosy feel and nice addition of some fresh bread and breakfast bits on arrival. We stayed on a rather warm weekend so would recommend bringing a fan if this is likely to be the case during your stay. Though overall very clean being out near nature we also had a few extra house guests (beetles and spiders) but luckily didn't other us too much. Overall a great stay and Erica was very welcoming and approachable.

We loved our stay here. The place is lovely as seen in the pictures and was very clean when we arrived. It’s less than a 10minute drive to the park and ride which we used for our visit to Cambridge which is very handy after a busy day exploring the city! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit the area.

Immaculately clean with a very comfortable bed and lovely bedlinen. The kitchen had everything that was needed. In fact the whole place was thoughtfully equipped - nice for example to have holders for toiletries in the shower, often missing! Easy access to Cambridge. A great place to stay.

Lovely accommodation, well presented and well appointed. Having the outside space and parking also make a huge difference.

The Annex is a perfect get away place. Set in a beautiful village with amazing views and wonderful walks. Tracey was a great host , quick to respond and to make sure you had the best stay. The accomodation is well presented , with everything you need. We found the bed super comfortable & the shower was great . Tracey kindly allowed us to use her decking area to sit outside & the kids loved the space. We would definitely recommend The Annex 😀

We had such a lovely stay at this charming cottage! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home—warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The space was incredibly cosy, perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring. The location was ideal, we booked for easy access to Santa Pod Raceway. It peaceful yet close to everything we needed. Jacqui was a great host - friendly and thoughtful, came out to meet us when we arrived. Everything was perfect. We truly appreciated the little touches, milk and bread, along with biscuits and jam! Highly recommend this gem of a place—can’t wait to come back!

We had such a wonderful and memorable stay at Claire's place on our first holiday with our newborn! The accommodation itself was perfect, with the most beautiful views across the lake, grounds and woodland. We saw so much wildlife just from the living room couch! So many muntjak deer, birds, rabbits etc. Such an idyllic and peaceful setting for a relaxing staycation. The woodlands and are so lovely for walks, it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere even though the nearest town is just a few mins drive away. Claire was such a responsive host. She provided very clear instructions and followed up to make sure we had everything we needed for check in. We felt very well looked after and we were so glad to meet her at the end of our stay. We will definitely be returning to The Old Plantation time and time again In the years to come I am sure :) thanks so much Claire for a fantastic stay!

A wonderful calm and relaxing hideaway! The cottage was spacious and homely, just what we needed for a family escape and a perfect location for a friend’s celebration nearby. The surrounding gardens were idyllic and enabled us to stay in and enjoy the setting. Travelling with a young family we were delayed but Richard was very understanding and made check in still simple and worry free. Stamford and Woolsthorpe Manor were lovely spots close by and the Six Bells in Witham served a fantastic Sunday roast. We would definitely visit again.
