Villa Forodhani is a historic, recently restored spice traders' residence at the waterfront in Stone Town, Zanzibar. Dating to around 1850, it forms part of the old sultan palace complex. The villa was carefully restored following UNESCO guidelines, preserving its original structure. It offers nearly 460m² with elegant furniture and a private plunge pool in its secret garden. Your stay includes a light breakfast basket, daily cleaning, basic amenities, and helpful local recommendations.
