The philosophy behind this project is to find yourself in a contemporary sanctuary, hidden from the world but close enough to all the beaches in the area, sit in the hot midday sun on the terrace in its quietness or maybe during the sunset, enjoying a glass of wine and a nice book.

Luxurious Suite with loft, balcony and private sauna. It elegantly combines traditional and Neoclassical elements. On the first level there is a king size bed, a bathroom with an infrared sauna, a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave oven and stove top, a seating area with a sofa that turns into a single bed, a flat screen TV, and a balcony overlooking the most charming pedestrial alley of the old town of Chania. On the loft there are two single beds, a sofa and another flat screen TV.

Our traditional stone houses Spitia are located at the settlement of Tsaliana, 5km from Paleochora. Katoi, the lower house, features one bedroom and can host 4 guests in total. It is equippped with Starlink satellite internet. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.
