A great place for staycation. Comfortable and clean.

We have upgraded our stay to a villa due to sudden inconvenience in the neighborhood. Pros; Very responsive and helpful host, big and spacious unit, good air-conditioner in every room, very good water pressure & heater, great entertainment (karaoke, pool, swimming pool, massage chair), free hassle check- in/out as visitor, sufficient toiletries and kitchen tools, mindful gesture from the host - a tub of ice cream :) Cons; Quite heaty living room during the day because of the high glass sliding doors but there was a large fan to overcome, high staircases (be very cautious with the kids & old people),

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities! We had a fantastic experience staying at this unit! The place was spotless and well-maintained. All the facilities provided were top-notch. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus—having the ability to do laundry during our stay was so convenient and really helped us out! The balcony was the perfect spot to sit and unwind, offering breathtaking views. It was so relaxing to just sit out there and enjoy the scenery—truly a peaceful escape. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for both work and leisure. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants.

The hosts were very response and kind in helping with even small request. Great value for premium and cozy feel at a decent price. Would recommend!

Nice place to stay.. clean

This villa is the best among all! Me and my friends had a superb staycation here, and we love it so much. Would repeat some days later :) Recommended! Got pool, got games, kitchen utensils all are complete to host makan makan session also. Bedrooms are spacious enough with each of them got bath tub.

Suitable for big family gathering. Got some issue with the aircond and water pump. Second day of staying, the owner coming and fixed. Other than that was perfect.

The villa proved to be an excellent location for my dad's 60th birthday party. There was plenty of space and the hosts were very communicative throughout our stay.

Host was really great through the booking, checkin and stay at the place. She was very responsive and addressed any question quickly. Flexibility was huge plus point. Actual place looks exactly like photos. Living room area is actually better than photos with very tall ceilings large windows and incredible natural light. Great views of the surrounding area from the third floor patio. All the people that attended the birthday party were really amazed by the location and house. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay last weekend. The host was friendly and very responsive. Quick reply to ensure that our stay was smooth and pleasant. The house was just as advertised: spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with a good range of facilities that is ideal for our large group. Great house. Big swimming pool. All bedrooms equipped with airconds and many beds. We with lots of family members stayed there with spacious and can roam freely. Recommended.

John is an absolute delight to work with, the place even better still! I hosted the morning of my wedding here with a Chinese tea ceremony and the photographers and videographers loved it! Everyone who came into the space was in awe of it, myself included. Would love to come back again!

I had an excellent experience staying at this place . The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Loved our stay here, came with a large family with young kids. Total of five rooms altogether with en-suite bathroom. There was even a family room with games for our kids to hang out on their own. Kitchen had lots of cutleries, plates, hot and cold water, a large fridge. Car park could fit 4 cars. We ended our day with karaoke provided in the main hall. There was two CCTV cameras in the living room, this should be highlighted in the description for those who are concerned about privacy. Large stable outside, which can be converted to a space with tents for those who wanna run events. Large lawn for kids to run, play football and badminton. River just down the villa but can be dangerous to swim due to its strong current. Otherwise this place makes a perfect staycation venue for large families.
