Rental fee based on the number of guests. If you want to listen to loud music, DO NOT rent my property. The guest house (annex of the house) will be rented. It has a large swimming pool (7 X 4), 4 bedrooms (2 en-suites), and there is another house on the property but separated by a wall (I live in the other house). The rented space offers privacy, a garage with 2 spaces, Wi-Fi, 5 smart TVs, and all bedrooms have air conditioning. There is an integrated living room with a kitchen and a barbecue area.
