Beach house vacation rentals in Perth

This is our second time staying at this place, and we absolutely love it. The space is relaxing, comfortable, and perfectly suited for all of us. The facilities and home layout are superb, making our stay so enjoyable and stress-free. It truly feels like a home away from home. This is without a doubt one of the best places we’ve ever experienced. Everything is so thoughtfully prepared and well-maintained, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into making this space welcoming for guests. We would definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped, and beautiful place to stay. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and hope to come back many more times!

This was a great little Airbnb for our first trip to Perth. The location was incredible, walking distance to everything we needed - the ferry to Rotto, plenty of cafes and restaurants, the beach. Would recommend for a group of friends of family staying in South Freo.

Beautiful accommodation. Had everything you need. Loved the view and enjoyed sitting outside. Walked, cycled and ran daily.

We stayed with Kelly while visiting family in Perth and the place was amazing, the moment you arrive you are blown away with the amazing view but also the home itself was beautiful and had everything you need. We can’t wait to come back again thank you for making our time in Perth one to remember!

Without doubt, one of the best AirBnB’s we’ve ever stayed at. Leonie’s place is magnificent, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, understated luxury with everything we could want for a family holiday at the beach. Beds are so comfortable and those views are to die for. Leonie was a fantastic host, very accommodating and thoughtful with little Easter treats left for our kids on arrival. Loved the stay, would definitely come back again.

We had a fantastic time at Janas place in Halls Head. It’s a peaceful location with the beach right across the road. The pool is cold yet great on a hot day! The house is large enough for everyone to have their own space. Communication is good and Jana helped with a minor issue. You do need a car to get around or you can walk about 20 minutes to the nearest shop and pub. The pool table was a hit with our three ‘grown-up’ boys.

Had the best 4 week stay here ever! After 4.5 months of travelling SEA we needed somewhere homely to start our new adventure in aus. Nicole’s place was perfect, the location was amazing less than 5 min walk to the beach which was my favourite thing. Very clean and had everything you needed for your stay. 2 min walk from bars and restaurants etc. Also appreciated the information booklet. Would love to stay again☺️

We stayed here in Autumn and found it was easy to access mullaloo beach, cafes and a local shop just around the corner. It was easy to access places and the freeway. The accommodation matched the description and all towels and linen were provided even beach towels! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to book with a few guests. Plenty of space and although we didn’t use the pool we did use the outside area which was great!

Such a good find! Very special location, breathtaking views and luxurious but comfortable home. The host was also lovely and very quick to respond to any questions we had. Also great tasting tap water. We will be back!

Perfect stay for a couple. The whole experience was great from start to finish. Debbie and Richard are great communicators and we felt very welcome. Cleanliness was exceptional and the accommodation had everything we needed. Great location to explore the region.

During the month of may we stayed at Arabella loop and I got to say it was the most beautiful house I’ve ever seen, very clean, spacious and just overall felt homely I would recommend to anyone to stay here if they was to go Perth. Michael was a great host very quick to respond with any questions we had, his home is very updated and very well decorated.

We booked this place for 3 nights & had a wonderful stay. Had everything we needed & much more. Beautiful & clean house in a quiet & peaceful neighbourhood. The heated pool is a bonus. Only complain is lack of heater in the house & can get very cold during winter. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

We absolutely adored our girls getaway at this Airbnb! The place is beautiful and comfy, with such well thought out decor and design. The effort that has gone into the place is obvious, from the check-in instructions, local guides to the smaller details like soap and plant choices. Relatively great location, and just a short drive to everything we wanted.

Waking up to watch the sun rise pink above the water while still lying in bed… stunning. Loved the views all around, which I found even better than in the pictures. Blown away by the cosy and stylish space, decked out with so much loving detail and quality appliances and furnishings. Every little wish seems to be thought of and catered for in the kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms as well as for the outdoor lounging and playing. Even the heating for the cold nights taken care of! Quality fresh crisp linen, and a homey feel with the carefully chosen plants and books everywhere. Soothing colour scheme blending in with the natural environment, to melt the worries of the world away. A quality pizza place just up the road, and the entertainment mile just a few short minutes’ drive, with an epic skate park and legendary themed playground for the kids. With this place, Mandurah is our new favourite holiday destination! Thanks Tanya for being so forthcoming and a fantastic hostess!
