Sherry’s place was the perfect little cozy, peaceful retreat from the city. From the private covered patio to the tree-lined backyard where you could watch the sun set over the wheat fields - it was a lovely place to rejuvenate. The kitchen was clean & fully stocked with tasty drinking water dispensed from the fridge. Loved the vintage-looking water glasses! Spa-like bathroom with multi-jet rain-shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap & lotion & super fluffy towels. The bedroom was amazing - like a little cozy cabin with gas-powered wood stove, books to read, comfy bed & faux-fur throw. HUGE picture window overlooking the backyard - front row view of blue jays, cardinals, bunnies & squirrels in the garden. Touch lamps on the side tables with USB & power outlets built in. Sherry was attentive but unobtrusive & so friendly. She provided awesome, detailed easy-to-follow instructions. The perfect host! Definitely recommend Sherry’s place & plan to stay again.

Our group of four had a wonderful stay at the Rocking Chair House! This uniquely curated home is exactly as pictured—thoughtfully decorated with vintage flair, eclectic details, and plenty of charm in every corner. The location is absolutely ideal for anyone visiting Stratford. We were able to walk with ease to all the major theatres, restaurants, and the beautiful riverfront pathway. One of our favourite features was the front porch. True to its name, the Rocking Chair House delivers—those rocking chairs are incredibly comfortable! We spent the early mornings with coffee and evenings with wine enjoying the calm neighborhood.

We had a truly wonderful time together in this beautiful space. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom! Lots of relaxing areas within the home for us to eat, sit, and talk comfortably. A great spot for us ( best friends from high school) to leave our husbands and children behind so we can enjoy our time together!!

We enjoyed our stay! Very clean and comfortable. Host left a little welcome package of snacks which was really appreciated after arriving after a long day of travel! She was very responsive and we were able to book only a few hours before check in! She also allowed late check out, although we didn't end up needing it. My only surprise was to discover the 2nd bedroom was in the basement, without a bathroom on that level. I'm not sure this was made clear in the description, and could be an issue for mobility challenged guests. We may have missed this in our haste to book last minute! We made it work, and were very happy. Thank you!

If I could Marilyn more than 5 stars I would. This is the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. It felt like staying with family. The neighborhood is quiet. We loved sitting on the front porch and watching the neighborhood dog walkers. It’s a quick walk to the Avon theatre and to the downtown area. We hope to come again next year. I highly recommend this Airbnb if you’re going to Stratford. I was there with my 2 granddaughters and felt safe. Many thanks to Marilyn for helping make our visit unforgettable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home. It is on a quiet street in a location where it is easy to walk to each of the theaters, and right across from a community center with a big fenced grassy area for kids to run and play. The home was very clean and comfortably furnished. The attic playroom was really attractive to the kids in our family. Three full bathrooms made logistics very convenient. The front porch (especially) and back deck were very pleasant places to sit and chat. The stairs are just a little narrow and steep, which is what we expected in an older home, but they are well-lit and have good railings/supports. The interior has been COMPLETELY refurbished and the plumbing, windows, floors, and furnishings are very modern and comfortable. The piano was a real bonus, as were the interesting books to look at. The owners were lovely to work with and provided ample supplies for our use. Thank you so much for making our family time so enjoyable!

We had a fabulous stay at Tanya's! It was comfortable, it was clean, it was very serviceable for our group. Tanya was very responsive to any communication, getting back to me quickly and with answers to any question I had. Highly recommend this location and this host!

Impeccably maintained property with dedicated parking. Spotless and welcoming throughout, featuring an exceptionally well-stocked kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The home felt airy and bright, with charming peek-a-boo views of the town river. A special touch—Bob greeted us with a fresh peony on our first day, which we enjoyed all week long.

My mom & I took a girls trip to Stratford & found Brendan’s place to be the perfect spot for a few nights away. Check in/out was easy. Brendan was quick to answer any questions before & during our stay. The apartment itself was cozy & clean, and exactly as shown in pictures. The bed was very comfortable & spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals while away, hot plate, pots etc. It was very quiet at night. A very peaceful experience. It’s a lovely little space. Would definitely stay here again & would recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Stratford!

We had an excellent stay at Brendan’s spot. Clean, charming and close to everything. We felt safe at all times with no noise from surroundings. The house was beautifully furnished and had everything you needed from coffee to cooking. Thank you for a perfect weekend away!!

Sally's place felt like home. We checked in with the fridge full of stuff; unfortunately our schedule is very tight and couldn't have cooked breakfast with the eggs and bread and butter/jam provided!! There are also milk and juice and fruits!! We would definitely come back again!! Sally also prepared muffin before we check out as our breakfast or something we could nibble in the car. Thank you Sally and definitely would recommend this place : )

The Cozy Loft was an absolutely PERFECT place to stay. The location PERFECT! The design and decor PERFECT! Had everything we needed including umbrellas so we could walk to town in the rain. We did not need to drive anywhere because it is so close to everything. We feel so lucky to have stayed in such a beautiful place. Thank you for having us.

A beautiful spotless Airbnb with all the amenities in a great location, what more could you ask for. Brendan is a great host, responsive, attentive, friendly and a great communicator. I would definitely recommend and will return in the near future. I loved that the location was walkable to the Patterson Theatre and restaurants. Stratford is a beautiful place.

This is a great place to stay for couples or families with kids! We visited with our young kids and parents. The apartment is nicely laid out as the bedrooms don’t share a wall so it’s private. The front bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, nice for privacy for the parents. The host is quick to respond to any questions. It’s lovely to have milk, juice and bread and eggs etc waiting for you in the fridge on arrival after a long day travelling. The location is top notch- walk to the downtown core in 5 minutes and so close to the theatres. Parks just around the block for the kids. The photos of the unit are sparse - the apartment is on the second floor of the house, and the stairs shown are part of the private unit. There are two private small decks, one with a patio table and chairs. Great value, very clean and highly recommended.

This is a really sweet place to stay! The location's great, in a tree-lined heritage area and easy to walk to anything from here. There's even a little bakery a few doors down to grab croissants or muffins for breakfast. The little front porch is perfect and feels pretty private. Inside, the decor is impeccable and everything is thoughtfully presented and outfitted. It's cozy & beautiful with a huge tv. You might hear some footsteps and noise transference from other units. We've stayed in a couple of Brendan's units and it's always been a great experience.
