Independent and elegant 48 m² studio in a detached house, accommodating 2 people. It is equipped with a kitchenette, bedroom, office area, sitting area with TV and separate bathroom and toilet (baby cot and armchair on request). At the crossroads of Santenay, Hautes-Côtes de Beaune and the Maranges Valley, this charming 17th century winegrower's residence will comfortably accommodate 4 adults. Located amid vineyards, you will enjoy its calm, its authenticity, its pool, its gardens and its magnificent view. The safety of our facilities does not allow us to accept children under the age of 12 on the property.
