Great vacation. Great location. Were on the beach right away. The children liked everything.

Very nice property with a great view of the town and the sea. An easy walk to the town and beach but there are a lot of steps. Very pretty little streets. We were made very welcome and Nicolas made communicating very simple. Didn't really want to leave! We will hopefully be back one day. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Accommodation as described. Ultra quiet cottage located at the end of a cul-de-sac. The bedrooms are large and the bedding is perfect The kitchen is well equipped. Everything is planned, even the board games... And Brice is very easy to reach so everything is perfect for a pleasant stay.

A great weekend in this very pleasant accommodation thanks to the spaces, and its large garage that allows you to bring the car in. The huge library and children's games served us well in the evening. The accommodation is very well located (14 minutes from the Sigean reserve and the very pretty village of Peyrac). Rooms are nice with wardrobes and air conditioning. The living room is spacious and stays cool in the heat. The Japanese staircase is surprising at first but you quickly get used to it. Pierre is very friendly, pleasant and has good restaurant addresses. He is very responsive and attentive. We will gladly return to this accommodation if we have to go back to this area.

The location of the listing is beautiful: in the middle of vegetation with a splendid view of Banyuls Bay and Cap Béar. Located in a private and secure property, the accommodation is impeccably clean, and decorated with care and taste. The equipment does not suffer the slightest criticism: there is everything you need and more. A small and very pleasant surprise to savor was waiting for us in the cool. Really great. The ultimate.

A beautiful apartment perched at the top of the village, magnificent views of the mountain and the Mediterranean, a good starting point for hikes. We would highly recommend it.

The accommodation is ideally located in the center of Peyriac-de-Mer within walking distance of everything you may need: the bakery, bars or restaurants and especially multiple walks via the pontoons to the ridges or the lake towers observing the pink flamingos. The kitchen is particularly well equipped. The place is spacious and it's really nice to stay there.

We stayed at Stéphanie's house for a week and loved it. The house is clean and functional, everything is there, it is on a very quiet street and close to everything. The plus is the beautiful quiet garden with the pool. Stéphanie is an available and very attentive host. Our kids also felt very good there. We will keep this address for a future stay with joy.

We had an amazing stay at Karine's in Collioure: spacious house, very nice garden, mezzanine/games room very popular with children, ... all in a very nice neighborhood, very close to Port d 'Avall beach. We came by train and stayed in Collioure for a week, we didn't miss the car at all as there are nice things to do in direct proximity (hikes, beaches, discoveries of alleys, boat rental, ...) It was really perfect.

Gite meets our expectations and site descriptions. We came with our 2 dogs, the back yard is very convenient for them. Nothing to say

A very pleasant house, the roof terrace is a real asset to enjoy the peaceful environment and the sublime view. The air conditioning in very hot weather is ideal and welcome. Within the home you have all the necessary amenities whether in the kitchen or in terms of linens. The place was also clean. The location is great, in the countryside, to know that you still have to go a lot to reach the activities in the area but it's normal because it's the mountain. Just a quick note: at the time we stayed in this municipality, the small grocery store was already closed for a while and with no prospect of short-term reopening.
