The property is made up of two water mills whose first historical traces date back to 1728. The first mill, located in the tower, was once used to grind grain (wheat and rye). The second mill was used as a sawmill. Its wheel is still visible. You can walk around the 5000 m2 property. Comfortable apartment on the 3rd floor, in a new residence in St Julien en Genevois, very close to the train station and bus stop (Geneva is 20 minutes away) This is an apartment that I occupy year-round on weekdays so you will find personal belongings, groceries in the cabinets or the fridge... I always make sure to free up closet and fridge shelves but if you prefer a home dedicated to airbnb rentals, I recommend another place.

Very comfortable appartement 67m, 15 minutes from Geneva by car and 25 minutes on a bus (ligne D), bus stop is 5 min walk. Although we couldn't speak the same language, we were able to communicate, and Eva was super nice and friendly, and I felt welcomed and glad to have a quiet little haven in her home. There was plenty of room for my stuff in the room, as well as a writing desk. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept very well! I would especially recommend Eva's place to someone who is quiet and doesn't need constant stimulation. The location is near public transportation. Thank you, Eva! :)

Good stay at Olga's, comfortable apartment beautifully decorated and convenient. Olga is available, on the first night I couldn't make the building access code and she guided me right away by phone(thank you again). Located 5 minutes from the customs of Perly, very convenient for border workers, however the whole neighborhood and the entire city is in the blue zone, you have to plan to rent a parking lot.
