Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Perivolia

We had a great time at Petros's lovely house in Pyla with its private pool. Everything was as described, with the kitchen being particularly well equipped. The pool and the area surrounding the pool was clean, with plenty of inflatable pool toys to keep us amused. (I would perhaps suggest that a couple more sunbeds would be appropriate, considering the size of the property)? Our only issue was a lack of water on two days, however this was apparently general to the area and was no fault of Petros, who was extremely willing to send a plumber to us, if necessary. All in all, we enjoyed a brilliant holiday in Cyprus and would highly recommend the house and the friendly efficiency of our host, Petros.

The house is in a lovely peaceful location with mature gardens including beautiful fruit trees and a great swimming pool. A great host - thoughtful and attentive and responded to any questions very quickly. We would thoroughly recommend.

We realy enjoyed our stay at Moon Maroni! The house is beautiful, cosy and was very functional for us, a family of five with grown-up children. We loved the fig- and lemon tree and the roof-top terrase with view over the beautiful landscape in day-light and a magnificent starry sky in night-time! We also loved the peace and quiet in the village. We had a rental car during our stay and there was plenty of room to park the car (and to drive in the narrow village streets was an exiting experience :) It is a must with some kind of wheels to move around in the area, but everything you need for the day is found in the village mini-market. Maria and Achilleas was the most lovely hosts! Available and helpful before the stay, flexibel and welcoming at our arrival and the advice we where given about where to eat and swim was very valuable! We all felt like home and it was hard to leave Moon Maroni. We highly recommend a stay in Marias lovely house!

Lovely villa near to the sea and good restaurants serving Greek food . Happy to recommend. Some if the sunloungers. Old be updated but it’s a beautiful place to stay.

Un coin de paradis! Le logement, la terrasse et la vie sont beaucoup plus beaux que sur les photos. Grand confort aussi. Il y a un jardin fruitier extraordinaire devant la maison et des poules, oies et dindons. C’est situé dans une campagne très tranquille, près de jolies plages et restaurants de poisson. Un peu loin du circuit touristique et c’est tant mieux à mon avis! L’hôte était aussi très gentille et généreuse. Nous aurions dû reserver pour plus longtemps!

This is our second stay at Maria's house and we have fallen in love with it. The location is perfect, secluded and private but close to Zygi and Maroni by car. The property is spotless, in good condition and perfect for a relaxing holiday. It's design and build is very traditional and really added to our stay. Maria is fantastic, very responsive, communicates well and nothing is too much effort. A wonderful person. We really enjoyed everything about our stay here and cannot recommend it enough. Thank you Maria 😀🇨🇾

מיקום הבית נוח לטיולים כוכב כמעט לכל מקום במרחק שעה-שעה וחצי נסיעה, חוץ מאזור שמורת הטבע אקמס והמורדות המערביים של הרי הטרודוס שהנסיעה אליהם תארך שעתיים לפחות. היינו שבעה אנשים מבוגרים בבית והייתה פרטיות לכולם. מצאנו הרבה מצרכים בארונות והשארנו דברים שקנינו במהלך השבוע - נעים לדעת שיבואו אנשים אחרים שיהנו ממה שהשארנו.

Отличный огромный дом. Когда дети впервые оказались в нем, то спросили, не живем ли мы в музее - гостиная полная книг, правда на русском всего пару было, мы добавили в нее детективчик. Каждая из комнат оборудована кондиционером, так что пережить жаркий август оказалось несложно. Места навалом, чтобы всем в доме найти уединение или наоборот собраться большой компанией и не толкать друг друга локтями. Понравилось большое кол-во уборных - не было очереди в душ, но уличный душ с небольшим напором. Моющие средства для машинки есть, для посудомойки надо покупать самим. Есть мыло и куча полотенец. Одиссей встречал нас с фруктами, напитками, вкуснейшим оливковым маслом (+молоко в холодильнике). Также в шкафчиках были специи, уксус, соль, сахар, чай, кофе. Огромный выбор посуды. Вообщем, по приезду мы немного перекусили и поехали на пляж. Не советую соваться на пляж в Ларнаке - платный паркинг и неглубокое море. В платном паркинге надо платить монетами, иногда мелкими. Очень понравился СессакБич пляж на военной базе, а также CTO beach, до которых добираться по времени столько же. Парковка там бесплатна, а места много. В основном закупались в Лидл или в местном, рядом с домой супермаркете - очень рекомендую мороженное c мастикой (необычно и незабываемо). Одиссей постоянно угощал нас инжиром и был готов на решение любых вопросов, которые у нас появлялись. Электричество, как и бензин кусаются ценами. За 2 недели мы потратили 80 евро на электричество, но без кондиционеров там не выжить в это время года.

The apartment fully met my expectations. Large, airy, with ample storage space and well working utilities (instant hot water in the winter, Aircons in every room, great wifi and a heater if needed). Fully equipped kitchen and well working appliances. Also, great attention to details such as plenty of toiletries, kitchen paper and whatnot. Quiet and safe neighbourhood, 10 minutes walking from the seaside and downtown Larnaka. Free and easy parking on the street (unlike the city centre). Communication with the host was easy. They regularly check on customers to see if everything is fine. Personally I only had to call once (upon arrival) as the rest of my stay was flawless. 100% recommended

It's good value for money. The "luxury" part depends on what you expect from a place, it is indeed large and has a jacuzzi, but to us it didn't feel like a luxury flat - it needs some updates & renovations, as it shows it's age. Otherwise you're just like in a private villa, it occupies the entire upper floor. 3 mins from the sea by foot, not a very busy area and parking included. A bigger tv would be needed as couch is really far from it :) We recommend it nonetheless.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Alexis’ Wohnung in Zygi. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach traumhaft – das Rauschen der Wellen begleitet einen rund um die Uhr. Besonders der Balkon mit Meerblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. Direkt vor der Tür liegt ein steiniger, fast privater Strand, ein öffentlicher Strand mit Liegen und der Hafen sind nur fünf Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber, ruhig und mit WLAN sowie TV ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, der kostenlose Parkplatz war immer frei. Zygi selbst ist klein, aber gut gelegen, um die Insel mit dem Auto zu erkunden. Ein großes Lob an den Gastgeber Alexis – sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter!

Georgia is very helpful with everything! First of all she upgraded us to a bigger place due to some constructions to the original one. The day we arrived we were able to check in earlier than the expected time. Also she texted us every day and asked us if we needed anything and the last day after the check out she helped us to let our luggage some extra hours in the reception. The location is great next to the beach and to the center. The place is great and fully equipped. We had a great accomodation and enjoyed our vacations!

This was the perfect spot to relax and catch up after travelling for the last four months and before our long adventures home. Quiet, cool, comfortable for a great nights sleep. Well equipped kitchen for cooking your own meals, and the large deck with the jacuzzi was just perfect for relaxing with in the sun, or shade, catching the sun go down. We also really appreciated the super flexible check-in and check out times. Along with being within easy walking distance to everything you need, it’s a great stay if you want home away from home.

The apartment is beautiful and fits the description. Clean, comfortable, very cozy. Close to the sea, the beach is sandy and clean. Nearby there are shops, cafes, car rental.

super logement, propre, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour, Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus, il est grand, les enfants ont adorés, l'emplacement du logement est calme, à 1 minutes à pied de la plage 😊

The house is great located at a great Sandy beach. there are several restaurants in the area however the convince store is around 20 minutes walk. We had some issues with the house but Costas was very responsive and helped was on its way. overall very recommend

Overall a nice and relaxing stay at a well equipped villa. Rui and his partner are responsive hosts. They gave us useful recommendations and helped make our stay as comfortable as possible. The villa is super well located with easy access to the airport, shops and a lovely beach (within a 5-15 min drive). Villa is also extremely quiet! Worth saying that the villa is well equipped with everything a guest could desire including a reliable AC system and a modern kitchen. The outside area is nice but the pool is superb - one of the best pools ive experienced. There is also a really nice grill area and a pretty garden. Unfortunately the outdoor, indoor cinemas, and the front gate are not currently operational but hopefully this is fixed soon. Be aware that the garden has a very diverse fauna, in case you are particularly scared of various animals including bats, lizards and rodents. I would recommend booking this villa in case you are coming to the Larnaca area.

Καταπληκτική έπαυλη! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Το σπίτι αυτό το θέλω για σπίτι μου! Τέλεια διακόσμηση,άνετοι όλοι οι χώροι του σπιτιού με υπέροχο τζάκι και πισίνα. Όλα ήταν πολύ καθαρά και είχε ότι χρειαζόμασταν ακόμα και καφέ. Η Άντρια ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική για ότι χρειαστήκαμε ακόμα και για το που θα πηγαίναμε για φαγητό. Είμασταν μεγάλη παρέα με παιδί και περάσαμε υπέροχα! Αυτο το σπίτι αδικείτε απο τις φωτογραφίες. Εχω έρθει και καλοκαίρι και χειμώνα και σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθω! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!!

My family and I spent the most amazing month at Villa Century House. Vasilis and Athena have a beautiful home that perfectly combines old and new. We felt right at home and Vasilis ensured everything we needed was catered for. The location of the villa is perfect. In a quiet street that is only a short distance away from the local bakery and restaurants and also on the highway to get any part of the island in no time. I cannot thank Vasilis and Athena enough for the amazing time we had in Nisou. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

A very pleasant experience. The house is spotless, clean and well-equipped. The pool and yard are amazing with a partial view of the sea. A wide yard invites you to play sports in the evening. Quick check-in and check-out, and of course Lefteris was available for any request.

Vi fik en fin modtagelse ved ankomst til feriestedet, boligen var pæn, ren, og ikke mindst velholdt. Manos er en fantasktisk og meget behagelig vært. Vi havde hjemmefra bestilt lidt forplejning samt drikkevarer der gerne måtte være klar ved ankomst, køleskabet viste sig at indeholde langt mere end vi kunne ønske, hvorfor vi følte os velkommen fra vi trådt ind i boligen, til vi 10 dage senere forlod stedet igen. Vi havde 3 børn med på turen, og fordi vi var der i Påsken havde Manos uopfordret lagt lækre chocolade æg samt påskekyllinger til børnene, og dette ganske uopfordret, hvilket vi satte stor pris på. Endnu en fordel er at Manos selv bor i umiddelbar nærhed af huset, hvorfor det er ganske nemt at opretholde en god kommunikation, og hurtigt få svar på eventuellle spørgsmål. Skal vi på en senere tidspunkt tilbage til Cypern, vil vi helt sikkert vælge denne bolig. Vi vil virkelig anbefale denne bolig som et kommende feriemål. Vi vil helt sikkert huske denne ferie på Cypern.

We had a quiet relaxing time at Alan‘s beautiful home, Costa was very helpful and responsive to all our questions. We warmly recommend this place for families and friends
