Sited on 1 hectare of private grounds, surrounded by farmland, 15 minutes south of the Dordogne. Outdoor swimming pool 12 x 6 meters (shared with our 1 bed gite) with a Roman end for easy access from the patio. The gite, stone built, is on one level with wide doors, making it wheelchair accessible. 5 mins from two of the most beautiful villages in France and many other historic villages and châteaux nearby. Includes all the necessary comforts you'd need, including a welcome pack on arrival.

Great farmhouse for groups of friends and family. Part of a small estate of 5 gites. Plenty of space for everyone. With lots for all ages to do, including a large pool, games room, private fishing lake, bikes, fire pit, pizza evenings (summer only) Near to Villebois Lavalette and great base for Dordogne and Charente. 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, range cooker, and lovely antique dining table. Doors lead to a terrace with views down over the pool, play area, across the river valley.

My place is located on a private impasse estate on the southern heights of Sarlat 20 minutes walk from the city center. You will enjoy my place for its great comfort, its tranquility, its complete equipment, and its heated pool from May to September. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). A road not accessible from the property can bring some noise disturbances during busy periods.
