Beachfront vacation rentals in Perigiali

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Elenas Haus verbracht! Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles sieht noch besser aus als auf den Bildern. Der Blick von der Terrasse und vom Wohnzimmer ist fantastisch! Man blickt auf das tiefblaue Meer und hört die Wellen rauschen! Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt, vor allem für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Der Strand ist etwas versteckt und somit ist es dort sehr ruhig und privat. Im Ort selbst sind zwei kleine Supermärkte und einige Tavernen zu Fuß zu erreichen. Rund um MItikas gibt es viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, zu denen Elena uns auch sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben hat. Elena war eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir konnten mit jedem Anliegen zu ihr kommen. Unser Aufenthalt war in Elenas Haus war fantastisch! Wir kommen SEHR gerne wieder!

wij hebben twaalf dagen verbleven in het heerlijke huis van Antonella. De woning voelt ruimer dan de fotos van Airbnb. Het huis heeft een fijne voortuin waar je heerlijk kunt zitten, de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Antonella is een fantastische host, we hebben regelmatig wat gevraagd over de omgeving of praktische tips, ze reageert ontzettend snel en is zo vriendelijk. In de omgeving is genoeg te doen waardoor deze locatie een fijne uitvalsbasis is. Door het warme welkom en de gastvrijheid voel je je gelijk thuis. Als we weer in de buurt zijn komen we zeker terug.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Gialos villas 2. We hopen nog een keer terug te komen. De tuin en privacy is fantastisch en op loopafstand van een mooi strandje. In mei is het in Makris Gialos nog erg rustig en niet alles is open, wij vonden dat erg prettig. Ismini is heel flexibel en denkt mee, ook lief dat ze aan ons kindje van 2 jaar heeft gedacht; babybed, kinderstoel, slabbetje, plastic servies, zelfs peppa big limonade! Fijn dat schoonmaak in overleg kon. Het enige dat voor ons wat lastiger was, is dat 1 slaapkamer boven is (met een tweepersoonsbed) en de andere beneden (met 2 enkele bedden). We wilden ons zoontje niet alleen beneden laten slapen, dus hebben wij in 2 aparte bedden beneden geslapen die helaas vrij hard waren. Het tweepersoonsbed boven was een stuk beter. Het huis is verder van alles voorzien en het was een erg prettig verblijf. Hopelijk tot een volgende keer, dank je wel Ismini!

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ όμορφο, όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες. Πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και τακτοποιημένο, με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Βρίσκεται δίπλα στην θάλασσα, σε ήσυχο σημείο. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί, και συνολικά είχαμε μια πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή.

We really loved staying at Alex’s place. We arrived during a storm, and he brought us extra blankets for the beds to keep us cosy. Also he gave us some delicious home made cake! On our last day he brought us some more sweet treats. We felt really spoilt. The area is lovely. We explored the nearby island of Lefkada, and visited Mytikas too. The apartment is very well equipped- especially the kitchen, ( Alex is a chef at the local yacht club during the summer season). It was warm and cosy, and we had such a great view from the lounge. We would love to visit again.

Heaven on earth! The location is quite breathtaking and the villa is perfectly positioned to be near enough to Spilla Port but remote to enjoy a peaceful holiday. We had a rib for most of our stay which I would thoroughly recommend as having the private beach and option for mooring made for a perfect holiday. The villa is in need of a bit of updating in places and could be better provisioned but this did not spoil our holiday in any way. The owners communicated really well and helped solve any issues that arose and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

The villa is easy to find on a hill with a limited view of the sea. It is not far from the small village of Agios Nikitas where there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. The pool is beautiful with outside recliners and chairs. The outside area is brilliant for grilling and just relaxing. Inside the villa has everything one needs and well equipped in the kitchen. 2 bedrooms are in the villa and the 3rd bedroom has a separate entrance in the cellar of the house. The 2 bedrooms are smaller than what you can see in the photos and the 1 bedroom is not possible to use the draws in the cupboard as the nightstand is an obstruction. The bathrooms are spacious and everything was clean. Bath towels and beach /pool towels were provided which I think is a plus. A bottle of wine was in the fridge waiting for us. Elena was a great host and was always contactable and available for any issues or questions.

Siamo stati al cottege di Magdalena dal 2 al 9 giugno, periodo perfetto per non trovare troppa gente sulle spiagge. La villa è ben tenuta, ordinata e pulita. Dal terrazzo vista spettacolare sul mare con tramonti indescrivibili! Si sente un pò il rumore della strada sottostante. La proprietaria, pur non essendo fisicamente presente, è stata sempre disponibile e ci ha dato consigli utili su quale spiagge visitare e quali ristoranti prenotare. Serve l' auto in quanto rimane fuori dal centro abitato ma era quello che cercavamo. Consigliato al 100%. Grazie ancora Magdalena per la tua disponibilità!

Had a great week @ the Ionian Nest, the accommodation was as per the listing, very clean with good linens & furnishing, well stocked kitchen, plenty of crockery pans etc. Quiet setting, 14 units & only a handful occupied so was quiet, pool area was quiet. Lovely balcony area. Really good well stocked supermarket 5 minute walk away. There are 2 restaurants locally, one by supermarket at the top of the road & Koutavos Taverna down the hill 5/10 minute walk. Both very good value with reasonable choice menu. Beach is just a couple of minutes walk, pebble beach with lovely clear water (no one else there when we went 😊) I would personally say a car is a must unless you just want a chill out holiday on the complex. Palairos has a lovely sea front area with lots of restaurants < 10 mins in the car. Susannah kindly arranged a taxi for us one evening. Worth a drive to Lefkada good place to visit with plenty of coffee bars & restaurants. Would recommended a stay & would book again.

We couldn't have hoped for more! Spyridoula made us feel very welcome. She was helpful, friendly and accomodating. The accomodation was clean and very comfortable.. beds were super-comfortable. Waking up to that view was incredible...we will be back!

We had such a fabulous time in Villa Senecio! The house and pool are a fantastic retreat, with the most amazing panoramic view. The outside space is really stunning- lots of places to sit and eat and enjoy the view. The bedrooms are comfortable, each with its own en-suite bathroom and air-con. We found everything very clean and well equipped - plenty of towels, including pool towels, and a well-stocked kitchen with basics like washing up liquid and vinegar and oil etc provided. We were welcomed by a lovely basket full of local produce - all of which we enjoyed - thank you so much! The pool is big and a good depth to properly swim. Our teenage kids had a brilliant time. Dimitris, who looks after the house, was a gem - very responsive and helpful. At Dimitris’ suggestion we hired a boat in Afteli beach in the south - Akis Rental Boat - were really great. Overall we really loved our holiday. Everything felt very generous and aimed to make us feel comfortable and at home! Thank you!!

I would strongly recommend Nema Villas. Nema Villa 1 is in a beautiful location, with beautiful views across the bay and mountains, with a five minute walk down steps to get to the sea. It is remote enough to be quiet and private, but close enough to Katomeri, Fanari and Atherinos to be near the action (land transport recommended - the quad bikes were perfect). The house is lovely with a great terrace and pool, and great aircon. Efi was exceptionally helpful and friendly, as well as professional and responsive. When we wanted a BBQ, one was delivered very quickly, and checkout was flexible.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa - it was very comfortable for our family of 5 with two children sharing the twin room. The pool area was lovely, safe and plenty of room around the pool to laze around. Loved the secret pathway down to the water allowing us to jump safety into the cool refreshing water. The town itself is lovely with plenty of restaurants and places to buy food. Is slightly too far to walk with young children but is doable in about 20 minutes if not too hot. Vasilliki was our other favourite town (the old port side) and a 15 min drive. Nicole looked after us and communication was very easy and responsive through WhatsAp. All in all it was a lovely, relaxing and easy week - thoroughly recommend. Thanks Penelopy.

We had a fantastic time staying at the Ionion Diamond Villa in Mikros Gialos which was our first time staying on the island of Lefkas. The property was beautiful in a fantastic location overlooking the bay with everything we needed provided for, we especially enjoyed the infinity pool with it’s views! Alexandra was a fantastic host who was living next door so the check-in process was a lot easier than we realised (some places we are used to just a key safe!). She provided really good advice on the local area and the wider island which was really helpful to make the most of our holiday. It was great to be able to take the short 10 mins walk down into the village to the local supermarkets and restaurants (would recommend The Molos and Zolithros restaurants). Local beach was lovely too (pebbles but great water) Lefkas as an island was lovely but very busy in peak summer period with the number of visitors, we would return but probably at a quieter time so to enjoy more of the island

**Review:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming little cottage, and it was an absolute dream. The location is simply unbeatable, with a breathtaking view right above the sea shore. The semi-private beach was perfect for a peaceful retreat, and we didn't even feel the need to visit the public beach. The private terrace was our favorite spot to unwind and soak in the stunning scenery. The tranquility of the place made it a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights was the proximity to some fantastic restaurants, particularly Molos, which was out of this world. Being able to walk to such great dining options was a huge plus. Overall, this cottage comfort was a a little basic, but we spent most our day outdoors, so ot didnt matter. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a serene and picturesque escape!

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα. Ο χώρος και η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι ιδανικά. Η οικοδέσποινα είναι άμεσα διαθέσιμη για ότι χρειαστούμε. Πολύ φιλικό και ζεστό κλίμα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Wir durften eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Meer verbringen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Terrasse mit dem tollen Blick aufs Meer, die Waschmaschine und die in der Wohnküche befindliche Klimaanlage. Der kleine Weg zwischen Terrasse und Meer ist absolut nicht störend, er ist nur für Fußgänger und nicht für Autos! Man hat tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und die Restaurants und der Bäcker aber auch ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Der ideale Standort, um die Insel zu erkunden, aber abends trotzdem in Ruhe, ein Glas Wein auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer genießen zu können. Das Auto kann man direkt vor dem Haus parken. Das Haus war bei Ankunft sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Es wäre toll, wenn in Zukunft eine Kaffeemaschine und zwei Sonnenliegen vorhanden wären. Ansonsten hat man alles vorgefunden, was man für einen Urlaub braucht! Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt, und können das Haus definitiv weiter empfehlen.

Absolut unbeschreiblich schöne Unterkunft. Die Lage ist der Wahnsinn - Hier brauch man wohl nicht mehr zu schreiben, wenn man die Fotos sieht. Und das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse und einem tollem Garten. Die Ausstattung ist sensationell. Alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr war in der Küche vorhanden. Auch habe ich mich sehr über die vielen Extras gefreut, wie z.Bsp. Getränke im Kühlschrank, Marmelade und Honig, Kaffee und vieles mehr. Wirklich bezaubernde Gastgeber. Bestes AirBnB Erlebnis (Dank Ausstattung und Gastfreundschaft) das ich hatte. Herzlichen Dank!!!!!

Had the most amazing holiday here. Very restful with beautiful views from the balcony. Peace and quiet with just a couple of local bar/cafes and a well stocked supermarket. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Effie was almost instant with her responding usually within ten minutes when we contacted her. She arranged our airport transfers and water taxi (as we arrived late. She was so kind and unbelievably helpful. We would love to revisit . Thank you so much Effie Vivien Lili-Rosa and Sandra

Περάσαμε καταπληκτικές διακοπές κατά την παραμονή μας στο κατάλυμα. Το ενοικιαζόμενο στούντιο είναι από τα καλύτερα που έχουμε επισκεφθεί, πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και προσεγμένο σε όλες τις λεπτομέρειες για μία άριστη διαμονή. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά σε μία τέλεια θάλασσα γεγονός που επιτρέπει να κάνουμε μία βουτιά και να επιστρέφουμε στο όμορφο μπαλκονάκι. Επίσης χαρήκαμε ιδιαιτέρως που γνωρίσαμε τον κ. Παναγιώτη. Είναι σίγουρο ότι στην επόμενη παραμονή μας στη Λευκάδα θα ξαναμείνουμε στο ίδιο μέρος.

The house that we rented was amazing and the view of the bay from its private terrace and from the bed was absolutely breathtaking. The house had everything that we needed, it was modernly equipped and it was very clean. Christine was really kind, helpful, she welcomed us with delicious homemade treats, and we had a great time talking about Greece with her. The house is accessible by car or by foot and we enjoyed our walks to the beach as well. We would love to come back in our future vacations!

Our beautiful piece of heaven on Nidri Beach ! Lovely Chrissy could not have done anything more to ensure our stay was better than prefect her mum and Eva were always at hand if we needed them! Superb location, brilliant information given and kind enough to keep our bags til 630pm when check out was 11am. Highly highly recommend this beautiful beach house 10 metres from the sea and only 25 metres from an excellent taverna to the right 🇬🇷💜🇬🇷 long live Daglas Beach House and what a find thank you for bring so lovely and welcoming xxxx

Our hosts were wonderful and so helpful. They booked our taxi for us who met us at the airport and knew exactly where to go. Galini and Dimitris met us at the apartment and showed us around when we arrived. The location and view is amazing. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The apartment is simple and comfortable for a short stay. They also have a daily cleaning service We would come back and stay longer.
