Its exceptional location makes it an ideal place to recharge and disconnect while enjoying the sea view on all floors, long walks on the beach, visiting the highlights of the June 1944 landing. It is ideally located close to shops, restaurants and the tourist office.

Beautiful modern single-story house on a private path that leads you to the waterfront. The staircase is just opposite to go down to take a bath, passing through the garden shower before breakfast on the quiet terrace. Quite a program! South-facing garden and terrace. Shops are 500 m away. Bars and restaurants are also minutes away. Access by the main road or by the beach... bus stop nearby, VTC service on request.

Small guest house

The "Little House" is an outbuilding of our main home. It was built to accommodate our children and grandchildren because the family is growing! When it's not in use, we'll be happy to host you there. Linens and shower towels are provided. Périers sur le Dan is a very quiet village, 6 km from the Côte de Nacre, the perfect base from which to visit the landing beaches. Downtown Caen is 15mn away, Memorial 10mn drive.

80 m2 house, in a quiet and well-lit area. It is located less than 1 km from the sea, i.e. a 13-minute walk, and has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds + 1 single bed) with a sofa bed. South-facing terrace with a view of the fields. Bed linen and towels are provided. All amenities 2 min by car. I live 3min by bike if needed. P.S.: 2 adult and 2 child bicycles available upon request (5th for all 4).
