A mix of mid-century wooden furniture and woven materials make for a relaxed tropical vibe. Sorry no schoolies bookings will be taken. Our home is designed to capture the natural coastal breeze. The wrap around verandahs allow you to open up all the doors to keep the house nice and cool. Our home is pet friendly with a small dog door installed. The yard is also fully fenced. It's approximately 10min walk in Coolum Beach and 15min walk to the dog friendly beach at Stumers Creek. The home has wi-fi and TV has Netflix. We also have a DVD player with a small selection of DVDs. There is a Bluetooth music dock that can taken down to the pool area. My husband and I are foodies so let us know what type of food you enjoy and we can make some recommendations for your stay. Guests will have access to the full house during their stay We do not live close to the house however we are always available on phone for any questions you may have. This is a family-oriented area around 10 minutes' walk from Coolum Beach and a little further from the dog-friendly beach at Stumers Creek. Peregian Beach, Sunshine Beach, and Noosa are all within a short drive of the property. Easy flat walking around Coolum Beach. 10min drive to Peregian Beach, 15min drive to Sunshine Beach and 20min to Noosa.

The outdoor undercover deck is a lovely space to sit and relax. Sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Perfect location, only a 300m walk to beautiful Peregian Beach and Peregian’s main shopping square, restaurants, IGA and chemist.

We are near Lake Weyba which has lovely walking tracks .There is a walking trail through the National Park to Peregian Beach (3kms). A rare find to be on a rural property abundant with Australian wildlife and only a short drive to several patrolled beaches, shops and excellent cafes in an exceptionally dog friendly area!

Amazing restaurants and cafes at your doorstep in a small complex Pets welcome with a $50 Please note smart tv has access to all streaming services but no free to air tv Couples are asked to use only one of the rooms . If you intend to use both rooms booking must be for 3 or 4 people to cover extra linen laundering

It is nestled on a 30 acre property and so close to the Coast's attractions - Coolum Beach (8 mins), Noosa Heads (20mins) and Eumundi (12 mins). We do welcome your dog and can even accommodate your horse by prior arrangement.
