This property has been in my family for 40 years, and it is with great excitement that I am embarking on this project to turn it into a true 5-star haven of peace. Located in one of the most privileged spots in Llançà, the Villa will wow you with an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, wonderful views, tranquility, and a unique natural setting.

Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Escape from the daily grind in this beautiful designer loft. Located in Finca Mas Flaquer, surrounded by pure nature and at the foot of the Serra de la Albera, one of the most beautiful and unknown corners of the Empordà. The loft is 95 m2. It has a fireplace for heating and a spacious terrace with an amazing view. It has an open kitchen next to the the dining room and living room, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with shower. More beds can be added upon request.

Can Gori is a 19th-century farmhouse located in Peralada, in the heart of Alt Empordà, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. It features a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioning and TV. Outside, there is a swimming pool, ping-pong table, barbecue, chickens and a flock of sheep, plus a large outdoor area to unwind. There is also a playground, trampoline and goal for children. A perfect place to share, rest and create lasting memories.
