The homestay is a courtyard house - the house is surrounded by a small garden on four sides. So you can enter the suite directly from the outside, without going through the inside of the house. The homestay is located near The Store on Jalan Kampar/Kampar Road (2 min walk). Located in the heart of the city, it is only a 5-minute drive to the old town.

Thank you to Mint and Chan for hosting me ! Their place is really beautiful , well-cleaned and matching the description . The place has a beautiful garden and balcony , a strong mini-fridge . Shower has water heater and strong water pressure and the place even has a washing machine and detergent ! Within walking distance , there is a Japanese restaurant, a Sushi conveyor restaurant and also a Chinese noodle stall serving great fares ! Chan was always responsive and accommodative to my requests ! He replies very promptly and is very kind . Check-in instructions from both hosts were very detailed , and also considerate of any issues guests may face . This place felt like a Home away from Home , definitely worth the money spent !

if you want to check in early you better to double confirm with the host, because I wanted to check in early like 3hours before but need to charge 6ringgit per hour and I'm like okay let's do it. but went I arrive and need to double confirm back and he said that need to check in around 2.30pm is an half an hour early. I'm like what? just now you said that can do early for the check in but now you want to talk about policy? but total overall the place that I stay it's really good place to stay and it's super duper clean!
