The room is not big but all you need are provided. The bed is 90 centimeters wide with a comfortable pillow. The table is just deep enough to put my laptop. Useful hooks and self are provided so you can hang your towels, bags, hat, etc. There are two clean shared bathrooms. Free drinking water, tissues, fork, plates and cups are provided in the dining room. The host invited me to have a tea in the ground floor. He drove me around Bukit Mertajam and introduced me the new village established in the early 20th centuries. I joined the morning running on Sundays with the host and his friends. The only disadvantage is that my room window is open to the road and it’s little noisy.

A perfect house in a perfect location

The place is nice to suit my whole family needs. A lot of bathroom can use in the house. The BBQ dinner that we book taste nice and the portion a lot as well. The washing machine really bring a lot of convenience to us as we have a lot of kids. The place very near to beach and a lot of restaurants in walking distance. Worry free for hungry. This is my second time to book their house. We realize 2 days 1night is not enough for us to explore the island! We definitely will return again. The host so sweet. He quickly offer fresh aloe vera to my son due to he falls down and bleeding on his knee. Thank you so much for offering us a nice homestay ever. 😊

The owner is very attentive and attentive.The environment here is clean, tidy, beautiful and very comfortable, the weather is cool at night, we are very satisfied☺️👍

Great place to stay, responsive and such kind host 😭. He understood with my situation and allow to check out late a bit without pay extra. And one more cool things i've never seen any airbnb have is they provided with earplug foam. I had deep sleep last night after driving 1000km. Thank you so much host ! Sure will repeat again.

The homestay was very clean and comfortable. Spacious parking space. Location by the main road. Easy check in. Only need improvement by the owner, need to add an electric kettle, additional extra hangers and a drying rack outside the house.

Host very responsive, helpful & also friendly

Location is convenient. Eateries and convenience stores close by. Pool table, ping pong, mahjong, rummy, karaoke are all available. Can easily spend the whole day inside the house and not feeling bored. Number of rooms and bathrooms are enough for my group of 18pax. April is friendly, she gave instructions patiently. One thing that I must mention is the checkin/checkout time, it really gave us a lot of flexibility in adjusting our travel itineraries. So thank you! Should I come back to Ipoh, I will definitely choose this place again.

I had such a great stay here. Check in was quick. Room was clean,comfy and had everything I needed. I'd definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone visiting Sungai Petani.

Nice place for a good budget stay. It's a shared bathroom, other than that, entire place is great and comfortable.

I would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re in Ipoh! The space is comfortable and the private curtained dorms (with light, plug, and even foldable desk if you need it for a laptop) are really nice and well-thought out. The café in the front is also a bonus. And once you arrive there is a beautifully designed PDF with tons of useful information — attractions, dishes to try, tips, etc. Best of all was the host — super communicative, accommodating, and really going over and above to help with all my travel issues. Again, I had a terrific time and am grateful to the just for making this a wonderful stay!
