Waterfront vacation rentals in Peraia

Excellent location , beachfront apartment. Pavlos who’s the co host, greeted us and gave us a guide of the apartment and local knowledge of the areas and places to visit. The apartment was super clean and as described. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Irene’s Beach Apartment! The apartment is super clean and the bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine and communication with the host was very nice. The boulevard with various shops and restaurants is right around the corner and so is the beach. The only comment/improvement I can think of, is maybe adding a sign to the entrance of the building so it’s easier to find. We would definitely recommend this place :) Thank you!

Bewertung Airbnb Griechenland/ Perea Wir waren von 28.09 bis 10.10.2023 zu Gast in Di' s Sea Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und auch bei warmen Temperaturen durch die Klimaanlage angenehm kühl. Vom Balkon, der von allen Zimmern aus zu betreten war hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. In 1 Gehminute entfernt ist ein kleiner Einkaufsladen, dort bekommt man alles Nötige. Aber auch Supermärkte und kleinere Geschäfte sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Am 2 Gehminuten entfernten Strand gibt es viele Restaurants wo man direkt am Stand sitzen, oder auch liegen kann. Der Flughafen ist 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Uns hat es in Di's Sea und in Perea sehr gut gefallen und wir werden dieses schöne Land definitiv wieder besuchen.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, cozy, and in a perfect location. Niko’s parents were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Communication was smooth and everything was well prepared. It was a truly pleasant experience, and we’d love to come back someday. Highly recommend!

We liked the house very much; it had everything; the host Stratos had thought of everything; he also gave us very good information about places to visit in the area. You can walk from the house to the beach; there are markets in the village where you can find everything. I definitely recommend this house.

This is a magical place to stay - peaceful and very beautiful and relaxing. The house is very charming and we loved it. Karin and the team are very responsive and kind. The place is perfect for families with kids. There is a little restaurant where you can have a snack, salad or coffee. In the bistro there is also a place where the small kids can play with toys right next to the sea. Really a great place for families. We will come back again for sure! 😊

Κεντρικό διαμέρισμα,, κοντά στην Νίκης και την πλατεία Αριστοτέλους. Πολύ κοντά σε πάρκινγκ, πιάτσα ταξί και στάση λεωφορείου και μετρό. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ήσυχο και η διαρρύθμιση πολύ καλή. Εξαιρετική η επικοινωνία με τους υπεύθυνους.Όλα ήταν καθαρά και περιποιημένα. Σχέση τιμής και ποιότητας πολύ καλή. Μόνο το στρώμα μου έδωσε την εντύπωση ότι έχει αρχίσει να παλιώνει ενώ καλό θα ήταν το πάπλωμα να μπαίνει σε παπλωματοθήκη και όχι μόνο πάνω από ένα σεντόνι που εύκολα φεύγει από τη θέση. Γενικά όμως το διαμέρισμα άφησε πολύ θετικές εντυπώσεις μ

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Wish I could have stayed longer. Has everything you need and the location right on the beach with green all around was perfect for my disabled dog and me. We were attending an event and were able to invite other members to sit at the bench in the evening to drink wine and chat in a lovely environment, it felt like home, and the direct neighbors were lovely.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Een vriendelijke host. Hij gaf leuke tips om te doen en waar we goed konden eten. Het huis was ruim en heeft fijne bedden.

Schöne Ferienwohnung ganz nah am Meer. Der Check-In war persönlich und sehr herzlich. Die Kommunikation war sehr schnell und hilfsbereit. Es ist toll, dass die Wohnung über eine gute Baby/Kinderausstattung, tolles Sandspielzeug, eine gute Waschmaschine, einen Staubsauger und ein Kajak verfügt. Die Schlafzimmer haben Fenster zum Flur bzw. zum Wohnbereich. Wenn Autos vor dem Zaun parken, sieht man das Meer weniger. Der Strand besteht aus feinem Sand, danach kommen kleine Steine. Badeschuhe sind sinnvoll. Je nach Tag und Uhrzeit gibt es mal mehr, mal weniger Wellen, Seegras oder Algen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern wohlgefühlt.

Magnifique studio avec très belle vue. Lit très confortable, malgré qu’il s’agisse d’un canapé-lit ce fut beaucoup plus confortable que le lit de certains hôtels. La cuisine est petite mais suffisante pour un court séjour ou pour une cuisine simple. Le quartier est festif mais les fenêtres isolent relativement bien du bruits. L’hôte est très sympathique et réagit très rapidement. Je recommande fortement.

Second time at The CruiseFlat. It has absolutely the perfect location… An incredible view of the sunset every single night… And it's close to groceries, entertainment, dining, and everything is completely walkable. Close enough to the city to be in the city, but far enough out to feel removed. Don't hesitate to stay here! It's first class! Πολύ όμορφος χώρος , όμορφα διακοσμημένος. Άμεσα ζεστό νερό λόγω φυσικού αερίου. Ισόγειο με πρόσωπο πάνω στην οδό και όχι μέσα σε πολυκατοικία, δεν υπάρχει μπαλκόνι. Δύσκολο τον πάρκινγκ στην περιοχή έως αδύνατο και πολύ στενοί δρόμοι αν έχετε μεγάλο αυτοκίνητο. Υπάρχει πάρκινγκ επί πληρωμή στα 500μετρα σχετικά φθηνό. Θα μπορούσε να ήταν λίγο πιο οικονομικό για τα χαρακτηριστικά του. Πάντως ειναι μία πολύ καλή επιλογή για το σημείο που βρίσκεται.

Jättefint boende & vi trivdes jättebra! Som Natalija säger så är det inte en överdrift att stranden ligger 100 meter från boendet☺️. Boendet var fräsch och städat, rekommenderar andra besökare detta!

We had a very nice time at Meli's place. The apartment is great and I recommend if traveling with a child, however the closest supermarket and restaurants are almost 1 km away. All is all, we enjoyed our time and would return anytime!

Die Wohnung von George war exakt wie beschrieben. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt, der Blick von der Terrasse traumhaft. George war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat umgehend geantwortet. Der flexible Check-In mit der Schlüsselbox hat gut funktioniert, das war sehr wichtig, weil wir mitten in der Nacht angekommen sind. Unsere beiden Kinder hatten ein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit einem Stockbett. Der Esstisch ist in der Küche verbaut und muss herausgezogen werden. Das hat gut funktioniert. Die Einrichtung ist vielleicht nicht die neueste, aber es ist alles gut in Schuss. Wir können die Wohnung und auch George als Vermieter jedem weiterempfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Es war ein super toller Aufenthalt in Alexandros schöner Unterkunft. Der Strand ist super nah. Alexandros war sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!
