You will find in the village, bakery, mini supermarket, bar/restaurant, chemist, nurses, hairdressers, post office, cinema and Daily farmers markets in the surroundings. Horseriding, tennis, sailing, cycle rides and walks along the canal, through the vines and local wines tastings (Minervois, La Livinière). This medieval village in the Languedoc, close by the Canal du Midi, the Lac de Jouarres, the Dolmen, Minerve, Narbonne and beaches, Carcassonne and Cathare castles to visit. Charming village nestled on the foothills of the Montagne Noire, 45 min away from beaches of the Mediterranean, you will enjoy the calm and the sun by the swimming pool, you will discover the vineyard of La Livinière, 1er cru du Languedoc, the Cathar villages, the Canal du Midi, rivers, walks in the garrigue.

My beautiful house is spacious and has a dining area for 10 people both inside and outside. Large bedrooms with space for extra mattresses / cots. Good hotel beds. Two full bathrooms, one shower and two WC rooms. Air conditioning in all bedrooms/ livingroom. Wifi / TV package is installed. Large laundry room, outdoor kitchen, storage room. Major upgrade around the pool, outdoor shower. The pool is open from May until November. Rented out on weekly basis. preferably check in Saturday

Pour les amateurs de baignade et de pique-nique des lacs sont à proximité et la mer est à environ 45 minutes. Le village possède tous les commerces nécessaires. Pour les mois de juillet et août pas de location de moins 2 nuits.

Pas de lit à faire, vous n'aurez qu'à déposer vos bagages dans le dressing, et à vous détendre.

The appartement Theron is a peaceful nest of tranquility from which to explore the surrounding Minervois wine region, it is located in the wine making village of Pepieux. Conveniently located halfway between Narbonne and it’s Mediterranean costal beaches and the Magical Castle in La Cité at Carcassone. The apartment is located at the back of our family home with a private access. The private terrace overlooks the surrounding vineyards.
