You will find in the village, bakery, mini supermarket, bar/restaurant, chemist, nurses, hairdressers, post office, cinema and Daily farmers markets in the surroundings. Horseriding, tennis, sailing, cycle rides and walks along the canal, through the vines and local wines tastings (Minervois, La Livinière). This medieval village in the Languedoc, close by the Canal du Midi, the Lac de Jouarres, the Dolmen, Minerve, Narbonne and beaches, Carcassonne and Cathare castles to visit. Relaxation and meditation guaranteed. Owners since 2001, Annie la Marseillaise &Jonathan le British enjoy welcoming and speak French, English, Italian and basic Spanish.

"La maison de Bonne Maman", is a character house in the heart of the Minervois in the Languedoc. Renovated in 2022, this winegrower's family home has kept the authenticity of the old. Charming village nestled on the foothills of the Montagne Noire, 45 min away from beaches of the Mediterranean, you will enjoy the calm and the sun by the swimming pool, you will discover the vineyard of La Livinière, 1er cru du Languedoc, the Cathar villages, the Canal du Midi, rivers, walks in the garrigue.

Character cottage, quiet and natural, for 4 to 7 people.

If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

My beautiful house is spacious and has a dining area for 10 people both inside and outside. Large bedrooms with space for extra mattresses / cots. Good hotel beds. Two full bathrooms, one shower and two WC rooms. Air conditioning in all bedrooms/ livingroom. Wifi / TV package is installed. Large laundry room, outdoor kitchen, storage room. Major upgrade around the pool, outdoor shower. The pool is open from May until November. Rented out on weekly basis. preferably check in Saturday

The appartement Theron is a peaceful nest of tranquility from which to explore the surrounding Minervois wine region, it is located in the wine making village of Pepieux. Conveniently located halfway between Narbonne and it’s Mediterranean costal beaches and the Magical Castle in La Cité at Carcassone. The apartment is located at the back of our family home with a private access. The private terrace overlooks the surrounding vineyards.
