Monthly Rentals in Pepacton Reservoir

The apartment was lovely and super clean. James was friendly and helpful. I found the stairs a little difficult but I’m 75 and have leg issues so James wasn’t to blame for that.

We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful home. The views from the dining and living room are quite breathtaking, the house was well stocked and comfortable, and the surrounding towns are full of amazing eateries. The lake (a very short walk down the road) was great too!

We had a wonderful stay at Evan's place. It is a beautiful cottage tucked up onto a hillside with a short woods road leading up to it. To say his place was clean and well kept would be an understatement. Very clean, very well kept. Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and furniture. Two full bathrooms as advertised, both with plenty of room. Evan was very responsive, responding quickly to any communications. We were very impressed, the pictures on Airbnb didn't really do it justice, we were pleasantly surprised when we walked in the door. We went to enjoy the Catskills, this place made that stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely will be back.
