Apartment vacation rentals in Penobscot Bay

Check-in was quick and simple by following Sean’s instructions and I was quickly inside the AirBnB without issue. I found the parking pass and reparked my car into the lot by the airBnB after initially parking it on the street in front of the AirBnB. The AirBnB was clean, with many windows letting in plenty of light and even had some nice rocking couches. Bed was comfortable, bathroom and shower were as you almost hotel-like. Kitchen had a sink, dishes, a small stove, microwave which worked great. Only thing is, because the location is so convenient and so close to the best restaurants in Belfast, it does get a bit loud from all the cars driving by. But other than that, I really enjoyed my stay

We had a very relaxing and peaceful weekend at Andrew’s place! The interior was gorgeous and comfortable, the backyard and path down to the water were so pretty and private. Andrew was super responsive, kind, and helpful. Belfast is an adorable little town, we would definitely go back.

We had a great stay at the Penthouse! It was a perfect launching point for our downeast adventures in Acadia and points beyond. There was a beautiful waterfront view in a charming small town. The space was cozy, clean, modern and very comfortable for our stay. Highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay in Belfast! Thierry was always quick to respond with any questions we had or recommendations needed. Apartment was clean, adorable and very comfortable. We were able to walk into town to enjoy the many restaurants near by. We would be happy to stay again when we visit and would recommend to friends and family.

Elisa was a great host Location was very cute and peaceful spot. Walkable to a beautiful oceanfront park right cross the street. We sure will be back:)

We loved our stay. This Airbnb is beautiful, comfortable, and ideally located to explore mid-coastal Maine. We hope to visit again soon!

A very peaceful escape off the main roads! Well kept with great places nearby for coffee and food. Centrally located for enjoyable and scenic drives to places like Acadia, Bar Harbor, Camden, Portland, etc. The space was clean with easy instructions. We were lucky enough to meet Lucy and John and it was a pleasure. Check out their trail to the beach!

A very cool place to stay. It's truely off the grid but with the ammenities of a regular house. If you need internet access as I did we found the cell phone reception was very good allowing my phone hotspot to work. The place was immaculate. It's like no one ever stayed there before. Bethany was great a communicating. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Can’t rave enough about our stay at Adi’s Mountain View! Beautiful view, cozy and peaceful lodgings, and wonderful host. Tate was extremely kind and patient. The kitchen was well stocked and tidy, as well as the laundry area. We will be coming back!

This clean and quiet cabin was really well appreciated. The morning coffee was perfect with cold cream in the fridge. Soft sheets and perfect pillows made for comfortable beds Judy is so hospitable and welcoming too!

Second time we have stayed at this location with Ivy and would do so again. Easy access to many places in the Bangor/Orono/Bar Harbor area. House has great amenities and hosts are superb.

We had such a good time at Toki's place! She is incredibly kind and communicative, and the Airbnb is beautiful. We went to Acadia National Park, which is about 1hr and 20 min away without traffic. Definitely reccomend, and I would book here again!

Great little place about an hour from Acadia/Bar Harbor. Some things that stood out were there aren’t curtains/blinds on the bathroom window or the patio door so if you like to shower at night it’s a little weird. Also there are a lot of stairs to get up to the loft and the bed is low to the ground. Some perks were that the place was nicely decorated, it was stocked with organic products and linens in the bathroom and had all kitchen essentials, has an office if you need to work, has a nice river area you can walk to down the street.

I couldn’t ask for another place to stay at for vacation, it was a nice neighborhood close to all the attractions nearby. Roger also gave us higher quality food and drink contents instead of the cheapest options. Welcoming us in full arms and asked if we ever needed anything. If I was to plan another trip to Maine I would wait and see if Roger’s AirBNB was available. Thank you Roger for the great stay!

Wonderful place! So unique and charming, with a beautiful view. The living area is incredible..Plenty of room and tons of fun games (including ping pong and mini basketball!). Big, open kitchen, stocked with everything you need. A very special place, we loved it!

Beautiful apartment with every amenity we could need. Very thoughtfully stocked and all of the appliances were very high quality. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Open Hearth Inn. Arthur is a great host. We had an issue with door of our cottage not being locked. He addressed our concern immediately and provided us with another accomodation so that we could feel safe at night.

I loved staying here! It was close enough to everything but yet it was secluded. Seeing the wildlife every day when we would leave really lifted our spirits. I 100% would stay here again.

We felt right at home at the Open Hearth Inn. Arthur and his team were very friendly and helpful. The inn is stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay, including snacks and treats for both humans and pups. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub when we weren’t hiking in Acadia. Definitely a great experience!

We LOVED our stay at Open Hearth Inn! We booked the room as a landing space during our trip to Acadia and it was perfect. The coziest and quaintest space, just outside of busy Bar Harbor! There were so many amenities (hot tub, full kitchen, fire pit, etc.) and the hosts were so generous and welcoming- there were even brownies left for guests one morning! 😭❤️ There are a plethora of guides and recommendations from the hosts in the lobby, we utilized them to find a kayaking spot during our trip. The common spaces are equally as cozy as the home, complete with loads of games and a TV! We are so glad we chose Open Hearth Inn and enjoyed spending time in the most homely and beautiful space!

I can't say enough about this place. Traveling with 4 seniors with mobility problems can be a challenge but Linda was beyond amazing and accommodating. The home had everything you needed and more. I can't wait to be able to come back

We had a fantastic time in Boothbay Harbor! It was our first time there and the hotel and staff were great! The location was wonderful and all the shops and restaurants were within walking distance. We plan on returning again soon!

Perfect studio. Used the jetted tub, nice and relaxing. Lots of extras (new toiletries, coffee, filters, sugar, etc.) much appreciated and used. The view, esp at sunrise, was stunning. Quiet neighbors. The beach store (pizza, sandwiches, salads, coffee and more) was very good. Just down stairs and one building over. (get there early for their muffins) I would certainly stay here again.
