You’re free to use my garden with its sheltered hammock swing - perfect for shade in the heat or shelter for rain, converting to a bed. Enjoy the books and games provided, small free weights and yoga mat, or bake, using the KitchenAid mixer. Indulge!

Our 2 bedroom apartment is beautifully finished and furnished making it an ideal and cost effective place to stay whilst on business or visiting family or friends. There is a large array of activities to do in a very close proximity to the apartments, you get all the entertainment and buzz of Warrington Centre with the peace and quiet and security of being in a gated development.

Enjoy this centrally-located renovated upper flat, in great location. Easy access to villages and towns , with motorway links to Manchester & Liverpool , close to Chester’s historic centre . On trans Pennine way and close great village full of shops and restaurants short walk over bridge. We price on 2/3 people but would like to mention we have stairs to flat and internally to top bedroom. Not suitable for children under 12. First floor bedroom is same level as bathroom. It comes with WiFi and parking just outside the room, and is situated in the heart of Altrincham, close to all the amenities. The tram, train, and bus stations are only a 7-minute walk away, making it easy to commute to Manchester Airport and the city centre. Generous discounts are available for stays of 3+ days. An EV charging point is available on-site for a token fee, but it must be booked in advance.

One-bedroom cosy bungalow with open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area and a bed settee that makes into a small double for up to 2 extra guests. Furnished to a high standard, the bungalow is located in a quiet, residential area of Runcorn with local shops within walking distance and the main railway station a 5 minute drive. Parking is available directly in front of the property. The bungalow is also a 15 minute drive to Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport and 25 minutes to Manchester Airport.

Welcome to our annexe! Situated in our back garden (with its own private entrance) , our cosy annex was completed in 2021 to a high standard. The annex comprises of double bedroom, bathroom, living area (that can be converted into a separate sleeping area) and a well equipped kitchenette. Located centrally within Chapelford, there is a pub (serving food), supermarket, chemist, park and train station (with direct trains to Manchester and Liverpool) all within a 3 minute walk.

The “Guest Studio” is at the end of our garden and therefore separated over 100 yards from our main house. You will have your own separate entrance and there is a guest private parking space immediately outside. The “Guest Studio” overlooks our garden which you are more than welcome to use in the vicinity of the “Studio”.
