It was a reservation just for sleeping, so it was all right, it's as described, João is very communicative and explained a lot about everything. Everything was new, clean and tidy, he even left us utensils, he even thought of soap, I thought it was cute lol

I highly recommend it. The place is spectacular, perfect beds and mattresses, well-equipped swimming pool, kitchen and well-equipped house. The river is the worst in front of the house a separate spectacle.

Lugar is large with spacious and clean accommodations. Host is very helpful and helped with everything that was asked for the part of what was hired. The only negative question of the place is the sound of the neighbors. Apart from that, the location is great and I recommend it.

The house has 3 cozy bedrooms and a super-equipped kitchen - with cutlery, glasses, plates, a baking sheet and even a cutting board - perfect for preparing meals or having a good barbecue. The leisure area is a highlight in itself, with a barbecue and pool table, and can be completely enclosed, which guarantees comfort even on the coldest days. In the evening, the smart TV with access to all the main streaming services was ideal for ending the day with a good movie. Spectacular place, beautiful, cozy, we felt like we were at home. We went to an event in the city, we were very well received... the host was ready to serve us perfectly... the place enchanted everyone with its beauty... there was also a small setback, the host quickly served us, did a kindness for us that is beyond description... I've never had such a pleasant stay anywhere else... in the end we all loved it, and we will definitely be back in the end, just thanks...

The place is wonderful, excellent to spend amazing moments with family, the pool is wonderful , the beach is great the waters are warm, the house has everything it needs ! Great firewood Oven great barbecue, the excellent rooms! The most impressive is the view, the sunrise with pool and Rio view, and simply wonderful! For those who like the condominium has a marina, you can take tours and even rent jetski or speedboats !

Wonderful space, everything very clean, organized, all the structure and equipment needed for a perfect stay. The neighborhood is one of the most valued in the city, the space is super close to an avenue with restaurants, a gas station, pharmacies and the Rondon supermarket. The host Lucas was extremely attentive, answered all my questions, was always helpful and had a lot of flexibility with check-in and check-out, which helped me a lot. I definitely recommend it and will come back more often when I return to the city.

Third time staying at Lucas' Lofts, like the other times, I LOVED IT!! Everything is done with practicality in mind, what I like most besides the comfort and impeccable cleanliness, is the location and ease of ordering ifood, very practical and close, when I wanted to make food, in addition to having everything I needed to cook, there is the best market in the city at the end of the street in addition to the best and largest pharmacy in the city too… you can walk! The only serious problem I have to note is that after we stay there, we don't want to stay in apartments with doormen and all their bureaucracies because the lofts are much more private, practical and quiet! I'll be back more often, I found that it's no wonder they're the best rated in town.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is super cozy and the neighborhood is quiet, despite being well located, close to the largest market chain in the city. Rodney was super attentive and the whole experience met my needs and those of my family.
