Our cosy cottage on the edge of Blaengarw village, in a valley surrounded by mountains, and small lakes. Amazing walks on the doorstep with dramatic views, and we are dog-friendly (but sorry, no cats). Real fire, TV, DVDs & books for cosy nights in. Great cycling with riverside rides and mountain trails. Shop, pub & takeaway in the village. Designer outlet, Odeon cinema, nature reserves and castles all a short drive. And we live round the corner for any advice or help!

The Old Stables Llandough Cowbridge CF71 7LR
The Old Stables were restored to a very high standard in 2018 and offer very comfortable and spacious accommodation with two bedrooms, both with en-suite shower room. The living space is open plan with a large sitting area, dining and fitted kitchen. There are two sets of bi-fold doors with lovely views across the valley. Under floor heating makes the cottage very warm and cosy. Wifi is connected and there is ample parking.

The property is in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park between the Iron Heritage town of Merthyr and Brecon. There is walking and biking from the front door, the Brecon Mountain Railway and Bike Park Wales are also close at hand.
