41 Swallow Tree - Light and spacious Holiday Home

DaveRating, 5 stars21 months ago
Wonderful location for a West Wales break close to all attractions but in a surprisingly secluded spot so close to Saundersfoot. The views are spectacular and access to the beach is perfect. The on-site pool was great also. The caravan was perfectly presented with no defects and plenty of space for 4 guests. Would highly recommend Swallow Tree and look forward to hopefully visiting again in the future.

A Beach Holiday in Pembrokeshire - Seascape

GeorginaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a brilliant time at Amanda's place, she and Guy are wonderful hosts! Right from booking, Amanda was really helpful and friendly, providing information about the stay and the area. She provided a great selection of treats, and we were welcomed warmly by both. We really felt Amanda was available if we needed anything, without being intrusive. Amanda kindly offered flexible check in and check out which we were grateful for. The house itself is small and perfectly formed, it worked beautifully for us as a family of 4 with 2 small children. It was immaculate and well stocked. Being so close to Freshwater East beach was fab, we made several trips there over a bank holiday weekend. It's also very quick to get to Pembroke and it's castle and shops and cafes. Thank you Amanda & Guy!

The Long barn / House Martin near St. Davids

MarkRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a lovely stay for 2 nights at the cottage. The hosts Jan and Annekke were very welcoming, fun and friendly people and made us feel at home. The 2 dogs were also lovely! We paid the £25 for the hot tub and it was lovely. The water was freshly changed and the temperature was amazing. We celebrated my birthday with my Wife and 3 kids in there! The place was clean and the beds were very comfy so we all had good sleeps. WIFI was strong for the phones and gadgets. The location was peaceful and secluded and beautiful all around, my only gripe which is not really to do with the hosts was the 2nd day was rainy and there is not a lot to do in that area of wales so we ended up driving 2.5 hours north to snowdonia for caves etc. On a sunny day I'm sure there is a lot more to do in the area.

Beautiful location, walkable to the coastal path and some of the loveliest beaches in the UK. The house has everything you need and is a great base for walking as well as being cosy and homely for when the weather wasn’t great. Dale is walkable and great for swimming (we also did paddle boarding and went to the boat house cafe which is very good).

Cosy seaside town cottage with private garden

JonathanRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The location, one minute's walk to the edge of the river, and less to the high street, could not have been better. We parked right outside the house (a hair-raising experience). I was a little uncertain about the other parking options Owen described but in the event that didn't affect us. Car park parking beside the river (a minute's walk) was £7 per 24 hours. The car park is prone to flooding during spring tides. The cottage was clean and oh so quiet. I feel it would be cramped had there been four of us (cottage is surprisingly small given it covers four stories). Things to note: the stairs are pretty steep. Also anyone over 6 feet height can expect to bang their head a few times. Cottage was well-equipped though, given the glorious weather, a couple of comfy garden chairs would not have gone amiss (the garden bench got a bit uncomfortable after a while).
An inviting dining area features various wooden tables and colorful chairs. Vibrant artwork adorns the walls, while large windows allow natural light to fill the space. A floral centerpiece on the main table adds a touch of greenery, complemented by rustic wood paneling.

Carreg coetan cottage, Newport Pembrokeshire

EllaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My partner and I stayed with our two friends and their 3 year old boy. We had a wonderful time. The house was very peaceful with a lovely patio/lawn to sit out on. The 3 year old found plenty of toys at the accommodation, which was a big bonus! The kitchen was well equipped and the location was perfectly located between the village and coastal path. Tony and Pam were very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. We could only think of one minor negative, and that was that the standard double bed was rather snug for us, as we are used to a kind size. We would definitely recommend Carreg Coetan Cottage, and we look forward to staying again in the future. Diolch. Ella & Mike
