Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Enjoy the tranquility and security of these ancient walls. Surrounded by ancient trees in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Your apartment is on the 2nd floor and was carefully renovated. We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. The hideaway is rounded off by a small cast iron fireplace for the evenings and a private sauna on the edge of the field... We love children 🧡🌟 4 cats and 1 dog live on the farm ;-)

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a renovated house in the center of the old town.

The lovingly furnished annex extends over 2 floors and is a self-contained part of an old, ecologically renovated house with its own terrace and garden. Kleinzerlang is a peninsula in the immediate vicinity of the lake and surrounded by meadows, forests, hiking trails and a canal, at the northern tip of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Rheinsberg is 11 km away and there are also numerous other beautiful places to discover. Unfortunately, not suitable for children due to the railing.

We spent a wonderful few days with Liane and her family. The apartment is lovingly decorated, very clean and offers everything you need – with a fantastic view of the alpacas. The surroundings are quiet and close to nature, just the thing to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city. Our dog also felt completely comfortable! The contact with Liane was warm and straightforward – you immediately notice how much love she puts into this special place. We will be happy to come back!

Barbara and Manfred are a couple of amazing people still exist on this planet;))! If there would be a 6 * rating we will put it on. We stayed for 2 days and if there be opportunity stay there for a life. The place is exactly as described and even better if you looking nature escape. You would need a car to get to their house but that shouldn't be a problem ,just ask Manfred and most likely he will be happy to help. You wint regret of this stay and might be remembering that for a long time.MOST RECOMMENDED!

Very modern accommodation, combined with historic charm and modern furnishings. The kitchen equipment leaves little to be desired. A gas grill incl. bottle and a coffee machine were also available. The apartment is spacious and was decorated and designed with a lot of love for detail. Wonderful address as a perfect starting point for kayaking on the lake district. I'd love to come back.

we were only there for one night because we participated in a sporting event in Rheinsberg. In my experience, however, I would definitely be going back. The cottage has everything you would expect from a vacation apartment. Stefanie is a reliable, friendly and helpful host. The garden is also super nice, where you can find pure tranquility. The cottage is also super located for exploring the lake district. Thank you, Stefanie, it was great with you. :)
