Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Peer

Super nice, very private and nice house with all the comforts. Good beds and plus the jacuzzi. Philippe leaves you alone, which is also nice. Got attention because it was my friend's birthday, that was a very nice surprise.

Our stay at Berdie went well beyond our expectations. This was not just a ‘stay’, it was a wonderful experience. The accommodation was as described and the floor-heating was superb. The wooden stove -while not necessary for heating- was very cozy. The place is surrounded by nature with excellent walking trails. Icing on the cake was the Sunday music performances on the premises. Both Berdie and her husband Gerard are terrific hosts and I highly recommend them. We look forward staying here again in the near future!

Filip's place is really highly recommended, the house is a dream and the amenities are really great. You will find everything you need. The location is also really nice, you can explore many cities in the area or you can explore the beautiful surroundings by bike. We will be happy to come back, thank you so much for the nice time :)

Very nice accommodation for a trip to Eindhoven. Nice decor. Fully equipped and everything you needed was present. Lovely bed and lovely shower. Lovely garden where you can also sit under cover in the rain. Extras are the bikes and the sauna that you can use. The city center is within walking distance, easy to reach in about 25 minutes walk according to the navigation. The shopping area Woensel is about 5 minutes' walk away, where there are nice shops and the market on Saturday. The contact with Bart, the host, was very good and fast. The instructions for the lockbox, the WiFi, use of the sauna were clear. Free parking nearby, which is very nice. Highly recommended if you go to Eindhoven.

A nice location for a few days of cycling. Beautiful, green area with good bike paths. Every morning delicious fresh bread rolls for breakfast with something sweet every time. Wonderfully spacious cottage equipped with every comfort. Two terraces where you can enjoy the beautiful weather. Highly recommend.

Great location to rent this space together with family or in our case. It is in a quiet location, large garden and more than enough space in the house to meet with your team. More than enough rooms and beds to host a larger group. Furthermore, everything from a beamer to a whiteboard/flipover. In short, ideal, will definitely keep it in mind if you have a Dutch / Belgian team. Sitting in Northern Belgium and half an hour under Eindhoven.

This was, hands down the best AirBnB experience I've ever had. From the quality of the location and the effort put in the provide privacy and comfort to the friendliness of the host. Jordy has a lovely home and is exceptional at communication and his willingness to assist at any time. I have every intention of returning for quite a while to experience the joys of the region and this will be the only location I plan to stay.

A very pleasant accommodation, tastefully decorated, with bedding worthy of the most beautiful lazy mornings and an ultra comfortable king size bed (be careful, high risk of not wanting to leave it😄). The small terrace is a real plus, perfect for a quiet moment between two urban adventures. The location is great: super well connected by transport and ideal for enjoying the nightlife without ending up on an expedition. And what about Luna? She is very attentive, ultra responsive and willing to do anything to make the stay perfect. Thank you again, Luna, for your availability and kindness. We'll be back for sure!

We have enjoyed this lovely and very spacious apartment. You can also relax on the private terrace outside and enjoy the peace and the birds chirping. The owners are super hospitable and very caring. We were brought our breakfast in the apartment all weekend, table was set. That really felt like pampering! In the restaurant also deliciously eaten after a long bike ride through the beautiful surroundings. The young lady and young man who also worked there during the weekend were also super friendly. Compliments to them too!

A nice reception with clear explanations, help was given to carry the stuff upstairs. A booklet with activities and restaurants in the area that the hosts themselves also recommend. This is very nice to get ideas. Beautiful accommodation with beautiful views of the garden when you lie on the bed. Delicious and beautiful kitchen to cook in and the sofa is nice to read on. Unfortunately, the television in the living room worked a little slower, but the one in the bedroom worked well. Unfortunately, the curtains let in a lot of light early, but it didn't cause too much inconvenience. It was a wonderful stay full of relaxation and fun activities in the village itself.

Lea's well-equipped apartment is very spacious and had everything I needed for my stay. All the places that were important to me could be reached quickly by car. It was great that I could park the car right next to the entrance in the courtyard. In addition, you can quickly reach nature on foot or by bike. So I was able to take a long walk in the evening after a seminar day. Lea is a warm host who is there to help you with advice and action:-) A 💖big thank you and happy to come back if I need a place to stay in the area😊

Really a super location with very friendly hosts. We were kindly welcomed by Daisy who gave us a tour of the house and gave us interesting information about the area. Nice apartment with enough facilities to be able to retreat between the excursions. And! there was a bottle of wine ready! Walking distance to most attractions, shops, supermarkets and the station. The bus to Maastricht stops in front of the door, very convenient if you don't have a car. Highly recommendable!

The accommodation really is one of the top Airbnb Finds! We immediately fell in love with Paul's Place and can only recommend it to everyone. You have everything you need and the terrace with the cherry tree is an absolute dream at any time of day. Everything is within walking distance and despite the proximity to the centre, you have peace and quiet and can relax. Paul is a great host and quick to help. Many thanks again!

Awesome place to stay, and a very friendly and responsive host. We would definitely come back.

We stayed at Dimitri’s place for 6 nights and towards the end of the stay, we were almost a little sad to leave. Excellently located, it was near everything we wanted to do and a few minutes walk from the station. Inside, we enjoyed our access to the terrace when the weather permitted. Bathroom was nice, with a hot shower and we had a comfortable bed. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Very nice contact! I'm more than satisfied. You should only keep in mind that the accommodation is not directly in the city, but in a beautiful nature reserve with a lot of peace. We had a very nice weekend! Maastricht is easily accessible by train. You are quiet, neat and everything was in order.
