Enjoy bubbles in the Jacuzzi and warm up by the fireplace. You can watch TV or Netflix with the projector in the cozy sitting area. Only the fitness room does not have an air conditioner. SAN DESIGN walking distance university/centre

The 1932 thirties house was completely renovated in 2019. It is a spacious, bright terraced house with a large kitchen, living room and four spacious bedrooms with fans, a sheltered garden and within walking distance of the center. As the owner of Webdesig&Meer, I also work from home. I love this house, the city and neighborhood. When I book Airbnb, I search for clean and tidy. I strive to receive people who also appreciate that. I prefer to receive families, athletes and couples.
