Enjoy ‘Casa Colina' our lovely, comfortable, bright clean, airy and fully furnished self contained apartment. The apartment is adjoined to our house but you have total privacy and private access and off-road parking. Situated on a quiet street, very close to the Shelley foreshore (5 mins walk) and amenities 200 metres away including a popular cafe, takeaway restaurants, beautician, podiatrist, bottle shop, hairdresser, and bus stops. Bus stops give easy access to Perth City and Fremantle.

Tranquil location in a cul-de-sac with the National Park at your back door. Completely self-contained with full kitchen/laundry and luxury bathroom. Unsuitable for children. Very private with separate driveway and off-street parking. Beautiful garden with many native birds. Five minute drive to the beach which has excellent fishing and swimming. Good bike riding around Lake Preston five minutes from the cottage, and a shady park with tennis court/basket ball hoop and free bbq 2 mins walk away

This is an Italian themed home set on a lakes edge where a great canoe invites your use. There is an outdoor pizza oven (wood supplied) allowing you to try your culinary hand and a homemade pizza and a glass or two of vino under the sublime star filled night sky make you realise you have well and truly escaped big city suburbia .Its hard to believe Perth is less than one and a half hours away. Myalup beach is a few minutes drive and is usually great in the mornings.
