There are a total of 6 bedrooms. 2 rooms with double bed, 1 room with a single bed and a children's bed, 1 room with a double children's bed (180 cm long), 1 room with a sofa bed, as well as a playroom where there is room for an air mattress. Beautiful living room and dining room as well as bathroom with bathtub. In addition, there is a courtyard with a covered terrace and a large garden with a trampoline. The house is 3 km from the most beautiful beach and also close to shopping.

The house is 90 m2, in the middle of the Bornholm pine forest, with about a 10-minute walk to the beach and lavish nature. Direct access to a very large, partially covered terrace with an awning, where there is garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. The house has a living room with a wood-burning stove, TV and fast WiFi. Large dining table. This holiday home is located in a holiday village with 52 houses, divided into 5 clusters. There is a shared swimming pool (remember towels for outdoor use), playground, common house, laundry room, parking space, and waste container. All grass areas are shared. Do NOT park at the house. The house is for 4 people, but by arrangement a fifth person can be allowed. I am not a big fan of pets, but by agreement it can be arranged. It is about 300 meters to the beach. The town is located in a forest, with plenty of nature.

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

The golf course is just 2 km away and there are shopping opportunities nearby.
